My thoughts and prayers to everyone hurt (including the one who died). Not really a fan of Tracy Morgan, but I really hope he pulls through

I hope Tracy (and everyone else) have full recoveries and it's tragic that this lead to a death and serious injuries.
Tracy Morgan may be one of the most under-appreciated talents from SNL. He really developed some good shtick on there. Also, Tina Fey's 30 Rock was a great platform for him. I don't know how much was Tina and the writers or how much was Tracy improvising, but he had some very smart comedy on that show. Some of the genius of Tracy (and that show in general) doesn't fully come through without repeated viewings.

Sorry to hear about all of that, especially that a life was lost. Hope everyone else pulls through.

Save them Dr. Spaceman!
But seriously this is awful news. I really hope everyone pulls through. It's sad someone has died

The truckers can drive like lunatics on the Turnpike. The Idiot who caused the accident should've known better. The northbound Turnpike is ALWAYS congested around Exit 7A. That's how you get to 195, which takes you to Six Flags Great Adventure and the Parkway (and thus, the shore) among other places.
Hope everyone who was hurt pulls through, including Tracy Morgan.

I like that they said "slow moving" when, if the truck was doing like the one that ran me off the road years ago, "slow moving" could mean 85 miles an hour. We were driving to Florida, was like 10 or so at night just outside Valdosta. Highway was very sparse, so we were cruising at just under 90. A semi comes up on us like we're parked, we swerve into the next lane, blow a tire, and manage to get over to the shoulder, but the truck is already out of sight. We heard later from a state trooper that stopped to help out ( my nieces were freaking out given that they were both under 10 at the time) that they stopped the guy for doing 120, and dude was apparently just cranked to hell.

Oh geez. I thought this was a Twitter attempt to kill Tracy. Hate to hear it was an actual accident (and I'm saddened to hear about one person losing their life).

Just hearing the truck driver is being charged with being at fault for the crash. Right now, toll stands at 1 dead, four injured. Hope for the best for Tracy and the other three injured in the crash and also hope this leads to tougher standards on semi drivers. I-75 between my work and home is treacherous at the best of times and it is frequently littered with shredded tire debris. I was nearly forced into the shoulder of a bridge over the Kentucky River by a semi once.

Ok this is really hitting close to home now because just last year my uncle got into a nasty auto accident because of neglectful Semi-truck driver.

I'm not seeing any but I believe TMZ said his doctor doesn't expect any changes in his condition today. Also, WalMart (the truck was theirs) says they will pay the expenses of the victims if the driver is found at fault.

His publicist says he is still in critical condition and his family is with him and that a change of condition is not expected for the rest of this day. Hang in there, Tracy.
