Tried making some Hong Kong style French toast. Haven't made French toast before, so I'm not quite sure on the difference. Started off with coating two slices of bread with a mix of egg and milk, with a tiny bit of salt, on both sides. With both sides stacked, I then deep fried it with cooking oil. Some of the recipes I checked said a stick of butter as an alternative, but that seems a bit much for me. After that, I topped it off with butter and honey. It's like a crispy pancake, and it is delicious. It also said that I could add in some jam or peanut butter in between the two slices before deep frying. Might try that later... maybe in a month, because look at it: So deep fried. Will probably cut my lifespan in half if I eat it more than once a month.

All my meals are unhealthy. I had five chocolate biscuits for breakfast.
