In reference to the Killswitch, anyone remember the one week where it was called the I'm Prettier?

In reference to the Killswitch, anyone remember the one week where it was called the I'm Prettier? it was actually called that for a while, it was supposed to be a middle finger to Edge. JR just kept mangling the pronunciation and it became the "Unprettier" in spite of that name not making much sense.

The DDT finisher named the Saving Grace for Reverend Devon. Don't know if it had a special name before that.

Actually, it was always the Unprettier (after it was the Impaler) but was sometimes misheard/miscalled as the I'm Prettier. The Unprettier name refers to the fact that it drops you on your face and therefore makes you unpretty - I always thought that was a cool name.

I think the name Unprettier, other than suggesting that Christian's opponent will look ugly after he hits the move, may also have been referring to the TLC song 'Unpretty' which was released around the same time.

I thought the Unprettier was called the Impaler and his reverse DDT was called the Unprettier.

I thought the Unprettier was called the Impaler and his reverse DDT was called the Unprettier. That was the commentator's mistake I believe. The Unprettier is an inverted double-underhook facebuster that became the Killswitch. The Impaler was an implant DDT, although sometimes when Edge was doing it it would end up being more of a lifting sitout facebuster when he dropped to a sitting position rather than to his back. With Christian it's just an implant DDT. Christian didn't have a name for his reverse DDT as far as I know and Edge didn't regularly use the move.
