First round recap:
In our first match Mabel literally squashed Adam Bomb after a big splash.
Meanwlile, The Undertaker totally dominated Double J. The Roadie hit the Deadman with Jarrett's guitar earning a disqualification. But The Undertaker just sat right back up chokeslammed The Roadie and Tombstoned Jarrett.
In the next match, Kama easily disposed of the Dumpster after a submission to the STF.
In the most competitive match of the first round, Shawn Michaels battled King Kong Bundy. Bundy tried to squash HBK with an avalanche but Shawn moved out of the way and hit Sweet Chin Music for the win.
Mantaur got the easiest win of the tournament when his opponent, Bob Holly had car trouble and couldn't make it to the arena.
Meanwhile before the match between Doink The Clown and The Roadie, Jeff Jarrett left his guitar on the apron and distracted the referee. But Dink grabbed the guitar before The Roadie could get to it and as the Roadie chased Dink, Doink would surprise him with a small package for the pin.
In our next match, Lex Luger and Yokozuna resumed their old fued. Yoko took control late and went for the Banzi Drop but Luger got up and pulled Yoko off the ropes. He followed up with The Forearm Smash for the win.
Previously, Razor Ramon defeated Eli Blu to advance but when Razor was injured a new first round match was made between Razor friend, Savio Vega and Irwin R. Schyster. Savio would knock IRS out of the ring with a Spinning Heel Kick. As he got up off the floor, he gave Razor a cheap shot. Razor's temper got the better of him and he nailed IRS which got his buddy disqualified.
So now we have our eight quarterfinalists. Who will advance? Time to vote.
