Time to see if Big Game James lives up to his name. I want to see KC win, too. If only to see the much vaunted "Baseball Guru" Billy Beane's team fail to do anything meaningful in October yet again. Pretty much my reasoning. For all the praise and fellatio by the baseball writers and analyist, Billy Beane has won absolutely nothing. That's weird. I've always seen it the opposite way. Beane catches so much shit from baseball writers

After a rocky first Shields did a good job now we rely on the bullpen to carry the team the rest of the way.

And the Bullpen instantly lets us down. I am really upset right now.

Does Ned Yost think there's a game tomorrow?

Not even second-guessing, that was a questionable move from the start.

Yeah that move made no sense. Ventura pitched 4 innings on Sunday and is a starter with command issues. They have three amazing relievers that could have collectively finished four innings.
Ned Yost just lost his job. Or at least should.

This is turning into a disaster. I wish I had as much hope as that fan they interviewed that the Royals will be back next year.

Ned Colletti hasn't won a goddamn thing with an ungodly sum of money, but he'll never get half the flack that Beane gets because he's a traditionalist.

Outsider observer but would it be fair to say the Royals have won in spite of Ned Yost?

Disappointed the game is turning out this way. It would have been nice for the Royals to get the big playoff win after being out for so long.

Stealing bases is something the Royals have done well all year.
This is just incredible.

No dog in this fight as a Dodgers fan, but really enjoying this comeback--drama in the MLB postseason is great, especially in this atmosphere.

Two shots to get that run in, and a couple ugly k's.

I hope the Royals come back and win, if only because they've been ass for so long it'd be nice to see them return to prominence.
