Good grief, the guy jobbed to Jericho last night? Who jobs to Jericho in 2014? Could be worse, he could have jobbed to Kofi Kingston.

I'm glad Conway got no heat, so I could clearly hear his great theme

I don't blame the crowd for not knowing what to do considering in the past 8 months, he flip-flopped from face to heel for the first 4, then was gone for the next 4 without any real reason or defined exit.

It's because despite being a "Hollywood Heel" now, nothing has really changed at all about Miz. He's still wearing the same trunks/jacket and still has the same exact theme song, just with an awkward Rock-lite introduction. It's the little things that help get a character change over - a pair of aviators isn't going to do it. Dude needs a total image refresh. And once the bell rings, he's still AWFUL trying to work heel. Then he tries to be all slick and slap on the figure 4 real quick like he's AJ Styles or Ultimo Dragon, but he's Miz so it's just sort of halfway on. He's not effective enough in the ring to be a threat as a heel at all. This is why I wish they just kept him face.

His ring work is weird as a heel, and his mic work just doesn't mesh as a face. Smarmy dbag is his best niche, so at least he has a chance to run with that for now.

This gimmick has potential to turn him face because of funny lines like I'M THE MARINE, DAMMIT! The problem with his face run before was his character's lack of appeal. If he can find a face persona that catches on it's probably the best spot for him.

He should never have main evented in the first place. Midcard gatekeeper is honestly what he's shown he's capable of. Heel Kofi, that's what Miz should be.

I actually dug his "don't hit the moneymaker" psychology, last night.

Lol imagine if that was his new catchphrase:
"I'm the Miz......and I'MMMMM THE MARINE DAMMMMIT!!!!™ ".
There now it's in the upper echelon of catchphrases Lol.
PS- if he's a z-lister, then would 2003 Miz when he was on MTV be more popular than Miz now?

I haven't seen any of this yet, but is Miz doing any schmoozing? Thats one thing none of these 'hollywood heels' do - find other guys in movies and act like they're best friends, face or heel. He shouldn't be feuding with Jericho, he should be pretending to be his buddy. At the same time, he should detest everyone who hasn't been in a movie. Miz needs to walk around and randomly compliment Randy on his thighs or something, and do a finger-gun wink at Cena since he was the Marine too.

Whatever you think of the Miz, you can't blame him for getting little reaction. If you don't have a guy doing anything worthwhile for a prolonged period of time then have him disappear and reappear without any on screen explanation, he'll stop getting reactions from the live crowds. There is so much the WWE could do to keep guys over with all the TV time they have each week, but aren't and Miz is just another victim of that.

I doubt WWE really cares much if he's over either. His first use upon return is to be a warm body on the way to Bray Wyatt. Ever the utility player.

Sheamus' pop was just as bad. That was Charlie Haas levels of pop. Even a handshake/hug from Bret didn't get him a reaction. I Love your avatar/Gif! It made me laugh so hard I cried.

Every pro wrestler dreams of leaving a mark, something to put their name to that will last for years or longer. If it's good, if it's bad, they want to leave a mark. To be memorable.
I do wonder what Rob Conway thinks of his Conway Pop legacy.
