Sharknado: The Video Game is biting into a release on iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch, with a launch date promised ahead of the July 30th release of the new movie.
Sharknado: The Video Game is an endless runner that boasts a number of insane features, including the ability to bounce off the backs of tiger sharks to reach raised platforms, surfing through flooded streets to avoid hammerheads, and the option to leap into the sharknado itself with a chainsaw to attack from within. Well this should be interesting. For all the wrong reasons.

It's still weird to me that this particular one became such a big deal. Sci-Fi has made shitty movies for years.

It's still weird to me that this particular one became such a big deal. Sci-Fi has made shitty movies for years. It's the same way "Snakes on a Plane" and "Birdemic" got so much buzz when it came out. A movie title so ridiculous that it makes people want to check it out. |

Figured they'd just re-release "Jaws: Unleashed" but with "SHARKNADO" plastered over it, with a bonus level where you're in a tornado and have to wrack up points eating cows, people, and houses.
