I hate to criticize them every week but why is Aries repeating the same thing he did in 2012? Didn't he trade in his X-Division title for a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship before? At least have someone different do it this time, but the problem is none of the other X-Division guys have personality or marketability. Manik is a gimmick wrestler, Senada would need subtitled promos, is that all they have? Aries is a talented guy, but why repeat the same thing?

All the X-Division wrestlers have marketability. They just need to be on EVERY week, so people know who they are and care about them. They also need to not be used as cannon fodder for their next big thing (like Bram).

I think what there is of an X-Division- Sanada, Tigre, Aries, DJ-Z, and especially Manik are actually very marketable. And that's TNAs biggest problem, not knowing how to market talented guys.

Just send them out there to tear the house down with good matches. Treat it like the glory days of the cruisers in WCW.

Folks would just expect Sanada to lose if he cashed-in his chance at the TNA championship. Aries is the only option right now. I'd like them to develop Jessie of the Bromance more, I think he has real potential.

The best part of Aries' promo last night was claiming that the X-division was good and credible again, based on his winning of it primarily to use it as a stepping stone to the world title.

He's actually one of the people that I was talking about before when I said some guys needed the TV Title because they don't fit in anywhere else.

Senada would need subtitled promos I remember he was allowed to grant a title match to the challenger of his choosing on iMPACT! like two or three weeks ago and he came to the ring to interrupt a confrontation between three aspiring challengers before granting them all a title shot in a four way match. Before granting them all the title shot, he went up to each man and asked "You want title match?" but at first I heard it as "You want title, much?" which made him sound like Jackie Mason. Which would make for an awesome gimmick. A Japanese wrestler who talks like an old Jewish comedian is a license to print money!

I think Sanada losing the title was a mistake because of the whole association with Muta, and because Sanada is one of the few fresh faces in the company yet to be tarnished by stupid booking right now.

With Sanada I'd assume he was losing. With Aries at least there is a possibility of a title-change that makes things more interesting. Outside of the "option C" deal I do prefer Sanada as the x-division champ, it raises his profile while Aries just uses it as a tool.

With that statement made, maybe they should just get rid of "Option C" all together. If it only makes the title a tool that a main event guy can use for a cheap title match, it only makes the title worth anything at all right before Destination X. Either scrap the title and the division, because as both stand now they aren't worth shit, or get rid of this option C nonsense and make the title and the people in it mean something.
