When is the next NXT taping? Shouldn't it be soon? It's this coming Thursday. Couldn't confirm from WWE.com, since there's no ticket listing (which means that the tapings are likely sold out), but a quick search of the #NXTFullSail tag came up with a lot of confirmation. But VERY rarely does someone get signed to NXT and work TV tapings within the month. Even Zayn had to wait. Cheers, that hashtag will come in handy for up to date info. Very true, hopefully Crowe debuts at these tapings after such a long wait he has had...if he even is a real thing that is

It weirds me out how many people are saying "They'll waste him like they did Yoshi Tatsu!" as though Yoshi was this amazing talent.

I'm glad to read this. He's getting off on the right foot. It nets him respect from the boys, but let's not kid ourselves. Hunter is not going to put him in the ring with CJ Parker in NXT. I bet the first time he's in the ring, he's in the there with someone from the main roster, or Zayn, Kidd, or Neville. Puts on a dynamite match, and he's instantly catapulted to the top of the NXT card. Simple.

While Yoshi was by no means a main event level talent coming to WWE, and still isn't; he was a solid hand in the ring that graduated from the New Japan dojo. He had a solid foundation, just a combination of Yoshi and WWE not building upon it.

More importantly, he showed he could get over, which the WWE clearly had no interest in taking advantage of.

KENTA and Hogan are on the front of this week's Weekly Pro Wrestling magazine (aka Baseball Magazine, aka the magazine I buy any time I'm at a show that Zack Sabre Jr is on).

Do you guys think 5-6 months is good enough for KENTA to be used to the style? Then at the Royal Rumble, you can have the undefeated Bo Dallas open up against a mystery opponent and then he comes out and Cole says "IT"S KENT!" then he destroys Bo Dallas to a monster pop?

In general, I don't think the Royal Rumble match is a good way to debut someone. It's great for returns, but not so much for debuts, especially if it is an unannounced debut.

Seriously, that crowd was all "...wut?..." KENTA should seriously come in kicking in D-Bry's face, and I'm not even joking about that.

I need a KENTA plushie. Make it happen, toy people. Don't leave it in your bed at night, you'll wake up with two black eyes and a broken nose as the doll defends kayfabe.

www.wwe.com/inside/superstars-on-kentaThought i'd leave this here instead of making a new thread. Triple H, Bryan, Cesaro and Rollins all talk about the signing of KENTA along with memories of seeing him work/working against him, how he'll adapt to WWE. Interesting article.

Seriously, can't wait for KENTA. I'm going to take 'I sleep with cats' out of context if we're ever in court over wrestling fan matters. I'm ecstatic to see him debut on NXT & Raw, and to see how he mixes up his moveset for longevity/to not use finishers adopted by other wrestlers on the roster.
