Made this thread expressing my distaste (distaste I say!) about Cesaro dumping Zeb for Heyman a while back: officialfan.proboards.com/thread/496622/paul-heyman-holding-managersUnder Zeb, Cesaro got Popular as F***, then he dumped Zeb leaving him with Swagger for Paul "My Client Brock Lesnar... blah blah blah I suck" Heyman. NOW WHO'S THE ONE GETTING THE CHEERS, HUH CESARO? IS IT YOU OR JACK THE SWAGGER? [/totalmarkmode] But yeah, funny how everything turned out. Heyman should just stick with Brock Lesnar.

I have been thinking that Heyman should pull out a newer cell phone and hit someone with it...but it's just a small modern cell, haha. No one would sell it.

Zeb is out and out a better manager. He's gotten Cesaro and Swagger over. He's worked with Lana and Rusev to get this USA v RUS storyline over (and has helped get them over, too).
What has Heyman gotten over since he came back? I really like him, but I can't actually name anything.

^Curtis Axel is in a higher spot on the card because of Heyman. Without Heyman, Michael McGillicutty would still be giving pity wins to low card faces.

Heyman has done f***-all for almost all of his "guys" and putting him with Cesaro was basically an albatross around Cesaro's neck. I said it when it first happened and I'm saying it now. Zeb is awesome though and I'm really enjoying this Swagger/Rusev feud.

Zeb and Lana have done way more for Swagger and Rusev than Heyman has done for Cesaro, Axel and Ryback.
He's good with Lesnar and Punk, but they're big stars anyway.

Paul Heyman is better off just being with Brock Lesnar (and CM Punk when he was around, but still). I never really got why people thought having Heyman manage other guys would make them stars just from his presence. Lesnar and Punk were stars before Heyman, he just added something special to what was already there. But as for Cesaro, he should've just turned face after WrestleMania. The crowd was ready for it and would've embraced it.

I think Heyman should have a dedicated goon squad as opposed to quarter-assedly pretending that he was making everyone into megastars. Don't give him anyone who actually has top star potential unless they actually plan to put the work into getting him over.

I can't believe the turn around I've had for Zeb. Swagger is still meh for me, but I loathed Zeb's character when it first began, but after his crap with Del Rio was over...I started to really enjoy the hell out of him.
I hope Dutch has a job in WWE for life.

Let's be honest right now, he'd probably be one of the guys who got fired last month without becoming Curtis Axel. Being with Heyman and now Ryback have saved his job for a while longer.

I would say the one thing that has saved Axel's job is 3rd gen status. If he was Curtis Smith who's dad was not a WWE Icon he would have been fired years ago.

I'd argue had they stuck Axel with Zeb, he might have been better off than he would have been with Heyman. Axel could probably show far more character with Zeb than being Heyman's #3 guy.
