Well, now that Punk is officially gone and no longer under WWE contract he can take the time to thank all his fans who've faithfully supported him throughout the years, made him the star he is today, and tell them how much he appreciates them for all the money and success earned through their support. They paid to watch him wrestle. He wrestled. Unless they started a retirement fund I don't know about, it's the end of transaction.

HE IS NOT COMING BACK! he is not a wrestler, he is a dancer, he was hired as an extra for Fandango's early appearances. he had no interest in being a wrestler and I have little doubt still has little interest in being a wrestler. It was an easy paycheck for him, period.

Can't disagree with his motives or his message here. I don't miss what he is, but I do miss what he was. Punk from 2006-9 was simply amazing in all that he did. I wish he could've been that guy for his whole run.

Why are dead wrestlers in the alumni section? That's a little depressing. I advocate a WWE Graveyard section complete with comical Tombstones that play the deceased theme music when clicked. "Here lies Crush, now he's nothing but mush." "Here lies Crash Holly, feeling anything but jolly."

Curt Hawkins looks like a No Mercy model.
Right down to the smug expression.

He got pretty stale towards the end, but his initial "pipebomb" got me back into wrestling after a two year hiatus. He did pretty good for himself.

Why are dead wrestlers in the alumni section? That's a little depressing. Because if there weren't the section would have like 4 names.

Why are dead wrestlers in the alumni section? That's a little depressing. Seriously. Like can't they have a memorial section for them instead? Or is Vince preparing for scientists to reanimate the dead or zombies or something? Holograms. Wrestlemania will one day be headlined by Holograms.

He had a great run, went out on his terms, and still has his health. Some good parting words as well.

DH Smith looks like he just smelt a fart. Probably just got off a plane with ODB.

Guess he didn't have passion (not serious). I will miss him and honestly he is one of my favorite wrestlers of all time, sure he may have been a smug, arrogant, prick but he was willing to help others in need

Well, damn, it's official then. I was a Punk fan since 06 when he showed up on ECW. He remained a favourite right through to the end. It sucks that his time in WWE ended so suddenly, but if he wasn't able for it physically or mentally, then it was for the best. Hopefully a couple of years down the line he has one or two more matches, but until then I'm gonna look over some of my favourites.

If Daniel Bryan does not get better, It could be argued that in Kayfabe, Kane retired both him and CM Punk.....Oh God!

Well, if I were him I'd be content staying home, being healthy, and having sex with AJ Lee when she's on her days off. Knowing Punk he's probably prowling around Chicago like some tomcat in heat when she's away.

As much as I felt like he was a major prick, I do respect him getting out before he could become as broken down as a Foley or a Rey Mysterio.
Kind of wish more guys would do that. It gets depressing watching wrestlers hang on when you know their bodies just can't keep up anymore.

I feel so fortunate to have gotten to see him wrestle. Hope he finds further happiness and remains healthy.
