I watch the Network on a Smart TV, and over the last few weeks the picture is now letterboxed, not like in Widescreen but cutting off the other way. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to fix it?

Everything displays correctly for me.
I'm not exactly sure what you're saying, but if you are watching footage prior to WWE filming in widescreen, which would be anything from the 1980s or 1990s and the first years of the 2000s, then this will be presented in its original aspect ratio, which was meant for old TVs in the 4:3 aspect ratio. In this case, there will be black bars on the right and left sides of the screen.
I think the only way to change TV aspect settings would be through your TV.

Sorry, should have said it's all new footage. NXT, PPV's, the whole lot, now with the sides of the screen in black. Very weird.

I would look at your TV's TV aspect settings.

It's been doing the same thing, and I'm watching on the Internet browser.
