TNA is reminding me more and more of the end of ECW with the exception that I thought ECW was a much better product at its end than TNA is at this point in time. It really does. It will be a real shame when TNA falls because as bad as TNA has been at times there always needs to be wrestling that isn't owned by Vince on TV just for some actual variety. It's going to be a hard sell for a wrestling promotion to get a decent TV deal/slot from here on out. If JJ actually gets his promotion running(which I have my doubts about) he may be able to get on with Spike due to his connections but other than that there's nothing.

Now while I do see TNA having issues resigning Angle and the other big names like Hardy and Bully Ray. Ray has done interviews not speaking highly on Dixie more than an angle. So he up in the air too. But to say Lashley is the guy is not because wrestling fans didn't buy much into him in the WWE. While he looks fine in his TNA role I don't think he going to turn the corner and take TNA anywhere further than anybody else. Sure ratings have gone back to his normal levels but beyond that number? I doubt it.

Old boxing term for a jobber. They're people with no chance of winning so you can feed them to an up and comer without worrying.

So the fate of TNA rests upon Lashley not running out of gas before the fight is officially over? Bellator is basically giving Bobby an easy win. But he better hope his opponent understands that arrangement. Kinda like how King Mo was suppose to steamroll the tourney he had to do and lost to a relative unknown. Bobby isn't that strong of a fighter and has yet to met someone who will make him truly work for a win.

No, he will never be THE GUY. And what TNA really needs is THE GUY (ala what WWE has with John Cena) which is the total package of big build, decent wrestling and good promo speaking. All Lashley will be in the end is the guy who eventually jobs to THE GUY.
