Between Wrestlemania I and his return to WWF on Raw in '93, did Hogan have any nationally-televised non-PPV, non-SNME/ME matches?

The tag match where Orndorff turned on him on Superstars. I seem to remember him beating a jobber at least once on Superstars too but could be wrong there.

He defended the WWE title against Bob Orton on a May 1987 episode of Superstars.
In April 1988, he wrestled Boris Zhukov in a squash match.
In March 1990, he pins Dino Bravo in a non-title match and is the first encounter between Hogan and Earthquake.

Bravo in 1990 is one I remember vividly (Hogan wrestling on Superstars was super rare and I was very excited about it), and the Boris one as well.

I think it wound up on Prime Time and I think Mean Gene talked about it from the control center in an update.

I faked being sick from a summer job just so I could stay home and watch Hogan fight Bob Orton. Hell,I would have done that if Hogan was wrestling Steve Lombardi!

I remember it vividly because for some reason my family's yearly trip to Florida took place in May instead of during the summer months so I got to miss a few weeks of school. I was only in kindergarten so it wasn't that big of a deal.
