I remember only the Roadies and Luger commercials. They were on the WCW turnbuckles for a while. This was either before or after the Coors turnbuckle. www.youtube.com/watch?v=zg-ih584yG8

Yep, sometimes the wrestlers even wore them to the ring. Rick Steiner did, if I recall.

Had Steiner hid a foreign object in one of of his shoes, I swear they would've sold millions!

Funny, I remember when Kangaroos were first revealed to the general public. I had a pair. It had a pocket, alright. Maybe enough to hold a couple of quarters and a folded up dollar bill.
These ads were pretty much the 'Roos comeback. Nobody was buying them, so they had to change their appeal.
To further prove how 'Roos have fallen, a few months ago, I actually saw an old-school looking pair of Kangaroos on a Wal*Mart clearance shelf for $15. I would have bought them if they weren't a size 9. (My son and I are way past 9 on the men's shoe scale. My son's about an 11, I'm up to a 13.)
