I know the angle is a 2 weeks old, but I already feel like this angle needs more direction. They should have had some come out moment tonight where they grabbed notice. Having them stand there during that 6 man mid card tag match was a waste of an opportunity. I really hope they put some gas on this fire soon, hopefully in time for SS. I feel like this could be a big angle.

I missed the beginning of Raw, so are we getting Usos and Ziggler vs New Nation at Summerslam?

I missed the beginning of Raw, so are we getting Usos and Ziggler vs New Nation at Summerslam? Most likely. Or maybe just the Usos vs. The new nation. I'm thinking we're headed towards a Ziggler/Miz IC match. Hopefully the IC title ends up on Ziggler where he can get on a run, the ups take notice of what he can do with a title on him and consider putting him back in the main event picture a year from now or so. I secretly pray at night they start booking Sandow seriously.

It's like they have something against the Rhodes. They pick up steam and start doing some of their best in ring work, then they get relegated to these ridiculous statements.

I don't think he'll beat Miz however.

I don't think he'll beat Miz however. It's a reheat on the Miz angle. The smarmy heel thing, minus the cole mine and alex riley. :\ Just with the IC title. Total waste. Miz could be a good wrestler. That's the thing that drives me mad. He clearly has in ring skills, but they keep putting him in these horrible angles instead of actually letting him get over with his technique. Personally, I would have ran with the Miz/Flair angle.

I don't see why any wrestler will be worried by this group. Oh no, 3 of the biggest jobbers in wwe are teaming up.

Only thing I dislike about Hollywood Miz is that it feels like a gimmick you give to a guy fresh out of developmental to get them over. Miz is an eight year vet who has main evented PPVs. He should be at the point of his career where he's above "gimmicks" and can just "be himself".

This feels like a very common problem WWE is having as of late: their timing with everything. Cesaro, Bryan, Reigns, Stardust, Usos, Wyatt, New Nation, Bo, Rusev, whatever, WWE just barely does anything with so many acts that have so much potential.
It took Rusev months for an actual feud, but the one he has now is really over. Cesaro was white hot after WM, but because WWE wanted to only push Reigns (who should win the title sooner rather than later to maintain his momentum), Cesaro is in a slump. Usos took a year to win the titles, Bo still doesn't have a feud, Wyatt needs a truly big win on PPV, New Nation needs to go in full swing, etc., etc. WWE needs to learn to pull the trigger sooner sometimes.
Yet, sometimes they do things too soon, like debuting Rose and Sandow's cash-in, and it screws guys over. It just feels like a huge problem WWE needs to fix.

But still it looks like an obvious step backwards to turn him into a cartoon character. It's fun, but they could've made the gimmick less...gimmicky. That's the difference between Hollywood Rock and Hollywood Miz.

I don't see why any wrestler will be worried by this group. Oh no, 3 of the biggest jobbers in wwe are teaming up. The original Nation wasn't exactly crawling with winners. Farooq was a former WCW champion, but he hadn't done anything relevant in a while, outside of wearing a dumbass outfit. The first iteration was just damn weird, and when it reached its most memorable form, he was joined by a former witchdoctor on one of several gimmicks with zero heat in a row, an olympian weight lifter who was greener than hell and about as heavy, D'lo who to that point hadn't done much of anything, and a third generation superstar who looked like a tool and who made WWE tenure Bobby Lashley look like the scariest man who ever lived by comparison. He was a shmuck with no credibility, and the rest of them were hardly any better off. Stables should be getting the people involved over and it often works out that a combination of the right factors can turn a stable into something bigger than the sum of its parts.

Can they have a name? I refuse to call them "New Nation" unless they're referred to as such. Otherwise they're just "three black guys".

I actually don't like him much ( I did enjoy Awesome Truth and Mizorrison) but this seems to be working for him, so maybe he can put more of "himself" into the character as things develop.
