www.freakinawesomenetwork.net/2014/08/cult-conversations-pieces/I decided to take my love of cult movies over to FAN in the form of a brand new podcast! I'll discuss cult movies with a guest for a half hour, and who knows where the conversation will lead? My first show had my lovely wife as my guest (she knows a bit about horror and cult movies as well) and we discuss the Spanish slashers Pieces (1982) and Edge of the Axe (1988). It's a crotch ripping good time! Wait...that didn't sound good...

You have a very "grouchy grandpa" voice.
That's meant as a compliment, BTW.

I dig it. Haven't watched PIECES in a while, but I'm a fan. And I've never seen EDGE OF THE AXE, but it sounds interesting.

Will check it out later. Been kind of trying to get into more cheesy movies as of late.

Can I be a sponsor? The ad copy will just be you saying the most awful things about Dollar Shave Club/Audible/Nature Box/Sherry's Berries/Square Space/Hulu Plus.

Okay, I don't have Twitter, so I'm just gonna post these here:
Gary Daniels - I greatly enjoyed the live-action Fist of the North Star movie (and the animated one, but whatever), so that film's star is my first pick. He's done other movies of varying quality, including the Expendables (not sure if that disqualifies him), one of the Bloodfist films mentioned on the podcast (Bloodfist IV), and the absolutely awful Pocket Ninjas, alongside Robert Z'Dar
Sasha Mitchell - Most famous for playing the dimwitted Cody on TGIF fave Step By Step, Mitchell also headlined three sequels to Kickboxer, as JCVD's youngest brother (who was not mentioned in the first flick)
Joe Piscopo - Primarily because he was the out-of-control cop to Treat Williams' by-the-book cop in the buddy cop/zombie flick Dead Heat. His jokes were so not funny that they were enjoyable accidentally.
