After reading this thread, I listened to "Firefly" and read its lyrics, and they make zero f***ing sense. It's just a scramble of rhymed words and half-meaningful sentences thrown together to fill up space.
I really did love "Skin" though.

Not a fan of the genre or the band, but good times for their fans as I can understand wanting bands that I love and aren't playing to have comebacks.
Death From Above 1979 putting out their first album in 10 years for example. So. Much. Win.
Now if only we could get a new Sleater-Kinney album.

Stop having stupidly good taste in music.

Basically the lead singer got pissed over a remix of Blow Me Away being released sued two members and also didn't want their best of to be released Yup, and either the singer won or there was a settlement since this new "Breaking Benjamin" is just the lead singer with an all-new band behind him. Kind of like when Geoff Tate went around calling his band Queensryche until they made him cut it out in court Its an all new band hell the name Breaking Benjamin came from a stupid act the lead singer did

They should just call themselves "Benjamin's Breaking Benjamin".

I only know about this group because of Day of Reckoning for the GameCube. Polyamorous and Firefly. That's all I can contribute to this thread.

Never cared for them, really. As a snobbish, self-labeled "metal-elitist" I never liked how people labeled them as metal (radio stations mainly) when they are clearly just post-grunge rock with some heavier riffs thrown in.
But hey, now the NHL will have another song or two to choose from for it's "stadium" music. Along with Rob Zombie, Disturbed, Korn, Seether and Limp Bizkit, right? That's one positive, I guess??

I tried listening to "Polyamorous" yesterday just for the hell of it. I don't get all the love directed toward that song. It's bland to me.
