Yep. Mark has gone from having so much momentum and support to being a midcard stepping stone. It saddens me. So, Mark is getting to tap while we build up to "WHO CAN SAVE AMERICA? ABBBADOOOOO!" -real american hits-

They should have a Double KO finish somehow to make this feud a little different. After that, Lana tries to steer Rusev away from Henry against his protests. Then Henry becomes Sexual Chocolate again, sweeps Lana off of her feet, and she gives him a rematch after of night of steamy passion. During the match, she's clearly torn betweeen her loyal client and her new...
...uh, I mean, she steers Rusev away from Henry for a while, Henry gets a rematch and loses clean. Yeah, that's what I was actually thinking about.

It's really not about who will takedown Rusev but more about what will Rusev do when this foreign monster heel push is done for. If Santino returns to the ring, he'll need a goofy sidekick.

Mark Henry would be a big win for Rusev. Much more than Swagger in my view. Mark Henry really gave his all this week in trying to look strong for Rusev. It reminded me of World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry, though he was heel then. As I argued when Mark Henry was playing a smiling babyface, he can be a babyface and still be more like his heel role where he trash talks and looks pissed off.

Just a thought, but if Rusev retires Mark Henry that would be a huge feather in his cap. I'd actually dig one last monster heel run by Mark, but if he doesn't have it in him or if the office doesn't want to do it then Mark should consider it. Rusev is actually a pretty decent hoss so far.

I'm kind of surprised they didn't already feed Henry to Rusev.

Mizark should turn heel and align himself with Rusev, sending them on a destructive spree through the company. I don't care about the reasoning, but he's always been a better heel. And Lana's been doing a great job as a manager, I think she could handle more than one guy (minds out of the gutter, please!).
Rusev is pretty good though, so having him take out Mark Henry would be fine by me. I just wish they'd drop the Russian schtick and have him and Lana simply be asshole foreigners who enjoy beating up... well, anyone.

I think it will be a fun feud. I like Rusev, I think he's pretty good. Hopefully after he's been fed to Cena or Reigns he can still remain a strong, upper-midcard heel.

Man, WWE is doing a stellar job building main event talent. Look at the 2015 bench: Lesnar, Cena, Bryan, Orton, Wyatt, Rollins, Reigns, Ambrose, Rusev and hopefully Cesaro.
We've still yet to see Sami Zayn, Adrian Neville, Kenta, Prince Devitt, Kevin Steen, Kalisto or Tyler Breeze.

I am kind of glad people have come around on Rusev, even if I seriously doubt we're getting him in any dancing form. He's probably basically going to be Umaga overall. Well, clean, I hope.

I actually have a bit of backstage gossip about this match that may be a bit of a spoiler. Keep this to yourselves, but when the two finally face off we're gonna have a collision, Maggle.
