Since Panda owns 71% of TNA and Jarrett owning 29% could TNA continue business like WCW did? My guess the legal name TNA Entertainment LLC, would change its name back to J Sports and Entertainment LLC which was TNA's old name to deal with legal issues if WWE buys some of the assets such as the library, trademarks, etc...

I think Panda/Jarett would consider merging the "Old TNA" entity into GFW.
