I thought FPOBA was alright but the 'moral message' always annoyed me.......I hate comedy shows that do that most of the time

My favourite show is Curb Your Enthusiasm, so your equation is wrong.
CYE > 24 > ALL
By the way, 24 is a close second.

I liked that show a lot, also the extended intro they used for the early episodes as well.

I think the only time they used the extended intro was for the 2 part can will or carlton find a date at the mall episodes. Its the only time I know they are showing that episode

I think Fresh Prince was the last really good "traditional" sitcom. It followed the strict "problem/lesson" formula, but it had really good actors that made you actually care about and like the characters. Plus, they usually followed the "lesson" with a good joke. LIke when Carlton and Will tried to join the black frat, but Carlton was "too white". He gives the big speech about how that attitude degrades everyone involved, and he and Will walk out in a triumphant moral victory. Audience cheers its support, as we cut to Carlton looking disgusted with Will....
"Make like a tree and leave? I never say that! It's make like a banana and split!"

Carlton rules anytime he does his famous dance, especially to Tom Jones.

Carlton rules anytime he does his famous dance, especially to Tom Jones. There was a tag-team of Uncle Phil and Carlton in an indy fed near me (that worked with ECW and had guest appearences from the likes of Corino, Mikey Whipwreck and Justin Credible) a few years back that wore sweater vests and came out to It's Not Unusual.
