Not a fan of that style of match but can't deny that was a good choice for the first match of your debut TV show.

and Pillman won the first ever match on Nitro That match had way to many botches for me. I hate that mask Liger wears too.

Then he buried Rollins, that ended fast.
Cena knows how to make a crowd not give a shit about him, but you're a huge Cena mark so I'm not getting stuck in this neverending argument again.
Just saying. You said NO ONE wanted him in the match. Clearly. Not the case. True, my bitterness meter at Cena is just through the roof lately. The whole Wyatts thing I just considered the VERY LAST Straw with my tolerance for this character...

Bischoff was such a dweeb back then, he was like WCW Pettingill.

There was a desperation to Hulk's promo/infomercial that kinda made me sad.

Doesn't Hulk have another restaurant now? Did he not learn the first time?

Totally slept through the main event. Did I miss anything? The main event was great. They cut to a commercial right after a code breaker which was a terrible decision but after the break it was pure gold till the end.

Tito Ortiz was watching when this happened, and said to himself "if I ever debuted on a wrestling show, that's how I wanna do it."

I still maintain that McMichael had no idea who Lex Luger was there.

How come Lex Luger did not work as a Hogan replacement. I mean the guy is the total package.

Says a lot about how little faith WCW had in their homegrown guys that this isn't the main event.
