Although he could still be guilty of culpable homicide, which still carries a lengthy jail term. At least we know one thing, he's not a Murderer. We'll get the judge's official verdict tomorrow.

For anyone else wondering, culpable homicide is equivalent to manslaughter in the US.

Money & fame > Justice.
Well you can't say he'll walk, for obvious reasons.

Never thought the murder thing would stick anyway, there just wasn't enough of a smok...of irrefutable physical evidence.
Felt it'd be manslaughter for months now. I'm more surprised at the way the judge has kept doing cliffhangers, practically mid-sentance.
I wonder if there's a possibility of him getting charges for the gun / ammo ownership, think there was some question over that.

Surely must be convicted of culpable homicide.

Yup. Convicted of culpable homicide, and also on the charge of illegally firing that gun in the restaurant.
Don't expect sentencing for a couple weeks or so yet though.

I know it's not what happened, but I kind of picture a Planet Terror scenario.

Well I guess I can understand not convicting him of Murder but I really think he did kill her on purpose. At least he is going to go to jail unlike the Rugby player who murdered his daughter and was not even tried on the bizarre reasoning the his daughter's death was punishment enough.

What a cop out of a verdict. Either they were entirely taken with his bullshit courtroom antics or they didn't wanna send a famous dude with two half legs to jail, either way, just was not done.
