After reading WWE.com's very cool article on Zayn, Neville, as well as the trio of new arrivals, it definitely feels like they have their own version of the Smackdown Six without mentioning standouts like Tyler Breeze and Enzo Amore. A very interesting part of the article was where the five discussed who they would like to see join them in the Performance Center so I figured I'd pose the question here.
Personally, I kind of think they shouldn't sign any men for a while and that will probably be the case. All of the guys in the article are diverse so that's bound to be a huge factor. Having said that, I'd really like to see Gargano and Ricochet get a shot eventually.

I've been grinding away on the FAN indie scene for years. I'm ready, brother.

Would it be possible to cast a negative vote? If so, please put me down for twelve negative votes for Jimmy Jacobs.

Personally, I want them to give more shots to not well known but just as good as their famous peers indy wrestlers. A number of quality folks in WWE never worked for any of the bigger indies yet showed they deserved accolades.

Though it would never happen, Briscoe Brothers would be my pick.

The list of dudes they should/could sign is long as the indie scene has quite a few names that are impressive as hell to watch, but WWE needs to learn to play with the toys they've already got before they go and pick up any more new people. The biggest issue they have is NOT the talent they have on the roster, but the lack thereof behind the scenes.
That being said, Tommaso Ciampa has the look/size that WWE likes so I could see him doing well there.

To be honest I would have wanted to see Jimmy Jacobs as "Little Jimmy" Jacobs and like whenever Truth would be talking next to him but nobody could see who he is talking to but when no one is around and its just Truth have the camera pan over and show Jacobs and Truth being like whats wrong with them.
Also Jack Evans would have been another I would want to see.

Anyone in particular? If nothing else, I may snatch them up for my TEW game! Tony Nese, Caleb Konley, Cedric Alexander, Zane Dawson, Trevor Lee, Arik Royal, Christian Rose, Matt Cage, Speedball Mike Bailey, Louis Lyndon, Heidi Lovelace, Junthai Miller, The Hooligans, Jollyville f***its, Papadon, etc. I still don't quite get the Konley love yet. Apparently he's a pretty big deal in the Carolina indy scene but he hasn't really gotten that over in either EVOLVE or CZW despite being featured. Papadon is really underrated, but at 32 and not being a bigger name I doubt WWE will look at him. Trevor Lee is about to blow up on the indies so I wouldn't be shocked if they look at him. It's pretty much a when with Adam Cole going to the WWE. There's also Zack Sabre over in Europe. I know WWE also recently worked out David Starr, but they should also look at his partner JT Dunn as the two together (The Juicy Product) have been one of the best tag teams on the indies since they started teaming last year.

It's funny that people are now saying you have a hard time getting a job with WWE by not being a big indy or international name when just earlier this year a dirt sheet report said the opposite.

Well DJ Hyde has said that William Regal (who was has appeared at both PWG and CZW shows to scout talent) has basically said that if indy wrestlers aren't going up against the top indy guys, the WWE isn't interested in them, BUT the indies are loaded with talent that are just waiting to get exposed to the wrestling world. Also helpful are wrestling schools being better prepared to get their students ready (and again for CZW, something like Dojo Wars really helps to speed up the development process)

WWE already has a super talented roster, so talented that some people are going to be underutilized because of the depth they have.
So until they literally need to fill spots, I'm happy with what we got.
Then again, a few true tag teams and some better women wrestlers would be nice.

It's just a matter of doing a standout tryout & impressing the right people than whom you and where you wrestled.

Probably the best female American wrestler in the world right now and easily the most exciting to watch.
