What exactly is bad about Pipers? He just seems so tired, confused, and lost. Interviewers are supposed to guide the conversation and that just seems lost to him. Does he do interviews, or just talk to himself? On another note I love JR, but he doesn't have much energy in his podcasts.

You're spot on in your assessment of JR's podcast. He's a good interviewer, but it's all so dry compared to Austin and Jericho.

Here's what I listen to:
- Steve Austin's show(s): To me, his is easily the best. He can do a show without a guest and it's still extremely entertaining. He's also extremely funny.
- The Ross Report: A lot of his guests are great, but JR has a bad problem with talking over them. His opening monologues are usually exactly the same as the previous week's. Having said that, I enjoy his show and will continue to listen.
- Art of Wrestling: Oh how the mighty have fallen. Colt used to be the best, but now I find myself skipping most episodes. I get that he's trying to help his buddies out by putting them on his show, but I find most of them about as interesting as paint drying. I also don't want to hear interview number whatever with Cliff Compton. Guys like Austin have really came along and made his show look bush-league.

What exactly is bad about Pipers? He is literally lost. He speaks and lives in this pseudo-kayfabe alternate reality that is really annoying and distracting. He used to be like a CM Punk-like wink wink, nudge nudge type of guy. He got it. He was genuinely clever. Now, he is opposite of clever. Like, he tries to be clever and smart, but just isn't. Listen to the EC3 episode to get an idea of what I am talking about. It is almost like he has dementia or something, really weird.

I got tired of Colt's podcadt because he related and took every story his guests told back to him getting fired from the WWE. It really grated on my nerves. I recently started listening to AOW again(I love podcasts and have found myself listening to a wide variety rather than watching tv or music) and it seems he let up on it a bit. But, as said earlier, he got the wrestler trend off the ground, but can't really keep up with the connections Austin or JR have as far as guests.

I tried Piper's again today, so I sat through the EC3 episode while running at the gym. Probably the single worst podcast I have ever heard. I dunno how Piper's speaking skills have eroded so terribly, but it ks sad to hear. "Oh Baby Jesus!"
