Is it safe to say the TNA section isn't feeling Havok?

I can't say I'm that impressed with her in-ring but I need to see more of her to make a full opinion.

The general stories I have heard from her indy work do paint her as being a stiff worker. But TNA really hasn't used her to her full potential. It seems to me that they wanted her to be the new incarnation of Awesome Kong, to be this unstoppable beast. Rather than have her come in and plow through everyone in the KO division with the champ in the cross hairs, they immediately threw her into a program with Gail and put the belt on her in short order. With Kong, there was an actual build, she also had the advantage of being in the company at a time when the KO roster was larger and more diverse.

I respect her, but she looks limited limited in my opinion, like she can only have good matches if the other girl carries her. My problem with her work is what happened with Mercedes Martinez, they had a cage match and Havok gave her a Russian leg sweep from the top rope, Mercedes got hurt, I'm not blaming Jessica for that, shit happens it's wrestling, but instead of stopping the match and pinning her or something, she gives an almost unconscious Mercedes Martinez her finisher a Samoan drop.
Don't get me wrong I don't think she's unsafe it was a freak accident that she handled irresponsibly, I think that she has improved after that, but I do think that she's limited as a wrestler.

I am a fan of Havok, obviously. I love her look and her character. But yeah, she is rather limited. Think of her like The Sandman or Tommy Dreamer; she is charismatic, has a great look, and she is tough as nails and can absorb a lot of abuse. But she's not a high flyer, she's not a mat technician-she's a brawler. She can put on a short, sweet package, but if you want a serious, drawn out match you need to pair her with opponents who can help carry the match. TNA still has some very talented women on hand, but the roster is a lot more limited compared to the range of people she has worked with on the indies. Its honestly a pity that TNA parted ways with ODB when they did, because a short, brawler vs brawler feud would have made a great into for Havok and would have gotten her over as a force to be reckoned with among the women.

You mean not counting her being a very slow and awkward wrestler? Daffney to her credit tried very hard but overall she wasn't much more talented/athletic in-ring than the likes of Velvet . She was just more willing to take big bumps , and like I said put more effort in than someone like Velvet. Basically a goth Taryn Terrel. Compare her match with Hamada to Hamada's matches with Taylor, Sarita, and Roxxi.

It's annoying to see people overate a women's wrestler just because they are attracted to them. Fans shouldn't hold women's wrestlers to such a low standard. e

Actually I think Daffney did an okay job of modifying her style. She did more high flying in WCW, but after injuries adopted a more ground based style. But it did limit her, yes.

I always had a feeling Jessica Havok was getting a bit too much hype on the indies since she seemed to be into being more of a brawler and hardcore person. Gail Kim can get a passable match out of anyone. Then again, Velvet Sky can make everyone look mediocre to bad.

All that aside, DAFFNEY WAS PERFECT! NO ARGUMENTS ON THIS WILL BE HEARD.
