My opinion is not going to reflect on how close the film was to the comic, as I think that missses the point in why I enjoy the films.I'm going with Blade (not the sequels, well 2 was alright but 3.. no)
The original Blade however was very cool (that opening sequence is hard to beat in sheer awesomeness) and was released before the real comic book film industry rush. Plus Blade is one of the lesser known characters in the marvel universe but I felt they did a really solid job with it.
The spidey films have been good, but Green Goblin was kind of a let down, but Dr. Ock was very cool.
X-Men ... There good, but not great. Fun blockbusters but there are already plenty of them around anyway.
Punisher ... I really didn't get why people said this film was awesome, sure The Punisher himself was put together on screen as a fully developed character (Kevin Nash's thug for hire role was amusing if brief) but I thought Travolta's villian was poor, and the skull explosion at the end ridiculous.
Hulk ... Well I enjoyed it, but didn't feel it captured the comic book at all. Plus most of the action scenes were far too dark.
Fantastic Four ... I really liked it, mainly as it made a change from the usual "Hi, I'm a superhero but I have a problem" story. But I can see why others wouldn't.
Daredevil ... I liked the villains even Micheal Clarke duncan as Kingpin. But I just can't take Ben Affleck seriously as an actor in anything.
so there you go ...
Well I agree with most of what you said. I really didn't like X-Men though (1 and 2 anyway, didnt see 3 yet) Thomas Jane was good as Punisher, but the movie wasnt good. And the Green Goblin looked like a small, angry, green version of Godzilla's buddy from 1970, Jet Jaguar.
