Nope. Between the Network, iTunes/Play Store/Amazon and, in the cases of ROH and IWC, digital distribution, I have no reason to purchase a physical disc anymore.

I thought about saying screw it as far as my old dvds go but too many special features and unedited stuff on them to ever want to get rid of them network or not. Now if they included special features and such when selecting a show that would be another story.

I still watch my wrestling dvds, but i dont buy them as frequently, since there's always the possibility they'll show up on the network or netflix.

I haven't since the Network launched except when while the 360's video player was screwed up early on I watched Mania 17 on one of my DVDs of it, but I barely watched them as it was. Been meaning to rewatch Rise and Fall of ECW, though. Actually find it absolutely bizarre that one's not on the Network yet.

I don't really watch any DVDs of anything, nor put on a CD. It's too much effort doing physical stuff. Just stream/download so the only thing you have to move if you decide to watch something is your hand. I've cancelled the Network in anticipation of the UK launch (don't want a cross over) but between that, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, iTunes, Spotify etc, I have no need for anything physical in terms of entertainment just device to watch them on.
In 5 years DVDs will seem as out dated as CDs do now.

Yeah. It's the only way I can watch my wrestling stuff.
I'm looking forward to "True Giants", BTW.

I will say this, I haven't gotten the network yet because I still have a stack of wrestling DVDs I'm going through at the moment. It's hard for me to justify the network purchase when I have so much wrestling content I've already paid for that I can watch 24 hours a day at my leisure. As that stack gets smaller and smaller, the network's getting closer.

Not really but I rarely did to begin with. None of the new stuff really interest me but I'll probably get the Heyman doc soon.

Yes, but only because I travel a lot for work. Last lot of hotels have wifi but the signal is poor for streaming. So I usually keep a couple DVD's in my suitcase and watch them when I'm bored.

I have every documentary-style DVD or blu-ray they've put out and there are still a lot of them that aren't on the network. Also, the blu-rays have tons of bonus stuff. The CM Punk blu-ray has like another whole documentary's worth of footage as "blu-ray exclusive" footage. I've never bought any of the match compilation dvd's to begin with

I very rarely watch any DVDs at all anymore. The WWE Network and Netflix sort of took over that medium for me.

I've sold the vast majority of mine due to the Network and I honestly can't picture me buying another WWE DVD ever again. Even the ones I really wanted (was waiting for the Bret Hart Dungeon Blu Ray to be cheaper than my mortgage, which it is now) there's no need for, because the Network has 10x the Bret Hart matches I've never seen for my Sexellence of Sexecution fix.
I think the only DVD's I'll get from now on are FMW (the commercial releases as I have a fair few already and if I saw them going at a good price I'd get) or any independently made documentaries etc.

Nope. In fact I just sold all my wrestling DVDs cuz I don't need them anymore.
I don't think comparing CDs and DVDs is a completely fair assessment though. I can pretty much find any song that's ever been made on YouTube but you can't say the same for TV shows and films. Yeah Netflix/Hulu/Amazon have a decent selection of content but there's still a lot of shows/movies that I love that they don't have.
Plus it's nice to just have the stuff I love right there and I can watch it anytime, I don't have to rely on an Internet connection or paying £7 a month.

I'm not getting rid of any of my DVD's, because I have no idea how long the Network will last. For the moment, my DVD's are collecting dust. The only bad thing is that I bought a ton of wrestling DVD's before the network launched, because I was getting them for $5 a pop off Amazon.

I still collect and watch DVD. Not just for wrestling stuff, but movies too. Digital may seem convenient, but it's always nice to have the option of going physical. There's just too many scenarios where you can be left high and dry if you go all digital:
- WWE decides the Network isn't financially sustainable and pulls it - Internet is down or you aren't near a good connection - Netflix constantly changes which titles they offer. What they have today might be gone tomorrow - If you download stuff to a hardrive and that hardrive gets lost or broken, goodbye collection. - WWF VHS and DVDs don't have the logos blurred out, and still have unedited stuff like Benoit matches. - ECW unedited with music - TNA and Indy shows aren't really readily available outside of DVD

I opened up my wrestling DVD/Blu Ray drawer the other day while packing and had forgotten that's where they were because I haven't had to get into that drawer since February.
