Sheamus and Kofi still have their place. Agreed with the others though.

Kane- He'll go as long as he wants to at this point, is still in great shape, he's just so stale, some time off would do him wonders I believe
Big Show- The Rusev storyline isn't helping his case. He can sill go in my mind but making him go with this storyline when we know he is simply Rusev Fodder just makes us not care.
Mark Henry- Same problem as Show, I think he can go less than Show, but the dude has been there so long he'll be there until he doesn't want to. The Rusev Storyline has also really made me not care about him as well
Sheamus and Kofi- Sheamus is fine, he actually has a half decent storyline with Miz and Sandow, and he's always been a good to at least ok competitor, his problem with his entire career, has been direction. He was an early champ, then an early champ again, bumped to Midcard, to semi main, back to champion to Midcard champion. Sheamus is the definition of buying in way too early. Kofi is the opposite. I don't think they bought in quick enough. He's won every midcard belt multiple times, but is stuck in Midcard hell with no sense of direction. Orton was his shot, and Orton would tell you he blew it. Since then he's been Mr. Happy Generic Midcard High Flyer, who wins some, and then loses many. Many always think it's gonna be KOFI's YEAR every year but, in the end, it's not.
All of this is also irrelevant because none of these guys will go anywhere so long as Vince believes the roster is too small, and one of the worst in years. Until he starts believing in the NXT Talent more and what they can do, he's really gonna be relying on the old big guns for as long as he can ride them.

Shaemus still has some shelf life, as long as can be decently booked
Yes I know that was a dumb thing to say, WWE's creative team are about as useful as a marzipan dildo

Unfortunately, they're in a consistent holding pattern. First it was waiting to see when/if Bryan would be back. When they decided to move on instead of waiting, they put all their eggs in the Roman Reigns basket. I imagine now they're going to circle these guys around and wait for Reigns to get back to stick him in a big spot.

Agreed except Kofi and Sheamus. I hate Kofi but he is fine as a jtts. Sheamus really needs a heel turn. He's one of tbe WWEs best wrestlers but his character sucks.
The quicker Kane and Show go away the better.

Kane - I might be in the minority but I don't mind him as a type of authority figure, albeit I'd like it better if he'd just be a commissioner or something separate from the Authority. You can allude to his "inner demon" once in a while, but for the most part he'd be Corporate Glen Jacobs/Kane.
Mark Henry - I think the guy's got one last GOOD run in him in the main event picture and built up as a monster again, but putting over someone huge in the end.
Sheamus - I wouldn't write him off, he's got some good mileage left and could be credible again given the correct booking. I think he's shown that he can still have some damn good matches, but the next coming of sarcastic HHH he isn't.
Big Show - At this point, give the guy an office job. I appreciate his time in the business but I think he's basically been booked into oblivion at this point and I don't really see him overcoming it.
Kofi - I'd keep him around but I'd send him down to NXT. Give the guy some time to have some great matches with the talent down there, give some tenured advice and whatnot, and see if he can't pull something off about getting a decent character or storyline going that could elevate him.

I'd move shamus back up to Main Event as they're so severely lacking credible stars, Make him a vicious heel again (or make him less goofy) and maybe give a decent title reign (till people come back from injury/built up).

how about you just let them all go. the first 3 are over the hill and taking up time better used to create new stars, and the latter 2 are damaged goods.

WWE did their annual cleaning a couple months ago. The people you named off are there until they decide to leave the company. Who will be leaving will be your favorite lower WWE midcarders and NXT holdouts. If WWE wants to bring up Zayn, Breeze, Neville, etc; they would regardless of the older guard being there. Outside of Sheamus, most of the folks you mention are putting over the new class regularly and therefore have value.

It's really not even about needing to clean out. They just need the people listed to have some fresh matches, and you can do that by using everyone on the roster. They really seem to think people are too dumb to process more than 20 people. Vintage WWE corporate overthink.

Sheamus? I get the guy is stale as hell but he's one of the best WWE have in the ring. They would be nuts to get rid of him.

I want to see some gimmick changes: Sheamus = Big Red. He's a giant red bearded Viking that guzzles a tankard of mead on his way to the ring Big Show = Big Hobo, lives in an alley with HBK and wrestles for cans of beans King Kofi Kingston = he's like James Earl Jones' character from Coming to America and he's oblivious to what his initials are. Kane = Evil Dentist

Big Show, Kane and Mark Henry play the big man roles, I'm convinced they want to replace them desperately, but how often do 7ft tall guys who can jump off the top rope come in? Or a World's Strongest Man? Hell Khali is still employed simply because he's a psysical spectacle.
I'm sure the Wyatts, Ryback, Rusev and Big E could be convincing enough in their roles, especially since most wrestlers are smaller than them, but WWE is too scared to pull the trigger.

Sheamus? I get the guy is stale as hell but he's one of the best WWE have in the ring. They would be nuts to get rid of him. It's a testament to how badly WWE have handled Sheamus that someone so talented has come to be viewed as a cringe-inducing waste of space by so many. Same goes for Orton, and del Rio when he was around. They really don't have any dead weight to throw out, other than maybe people like Ryder or Kofi who've accomplished all they're ever likely to, but then I wouldn't want someone who has something to offer to be put in their position anyway. They have the most talented roster in over a decade, arguably ever, and they're doing f*** all with most of them, allowing talented and exciting performers to become stale and one-note through their repetitive booking. I can see the current crop being viewed as the 'lost generation' in years to come, so may potential draws squandered through WWE's lack of faith in anything or anyone unproven unless absolutely forced to create a new star.

Sheamus is just waiting for Barrett to get fit again and then he, Barrett and Cesaro can knock seven bells out of each other.
And it will be glorious. Even moreso if you add Ryback to that group.
