So, this is the entirety of WWE.com's write-up on the main event - Notice a distinct lack of mention of somebody? Yeah. Why didn't they bring up Big Show Heel Turn #3791?

For those looking, Survivor Series Fallout has been completely pulled from the schedule.

fun fact: that was the first Survivor Series to feature a traditional Survivor Series match in the main event since 2005

For those looking, Survivor Series Fallout has been completely pulled from the schedule. So, this is going to be one of those things they randomly run in like a week. Think they did that with the Mania fallout.

Well. That was the single worst way to handle, just, *all* of that. Good job, WWE. I really don't think wrestling is for you if you thought this was poorly executed. -bad music -blond hair -HHH and Sting looking at each other forever -you never see any emotion at Sting's face. At least because HHH is the bad guy here, show anger toward Hunter -Sting decks and do the Scorpion Deathdrop in a weak manner Compare this to when Sting first turned face on Hollywood Hogan were he kept punching Hogan in the face. that was passion, that was electric. Tonight it was as if they were afraid to make mistakes and kept it short and simple. That's the story of the WWE in this day and age. They should at least have had some lackeys attack Sting and him punching them. He did it to the ref but Sting has to show some anger to show he's in this for real. He should be a machine.

I guess I'll be the dissent but I was not into the finish of the main event. All the ref bumps, Sting coming down but not until 3 minutes after all the heels cheat to attack like 5 on 1, Sting coming down and the ref stopping the count, Ziggler and Rollins just lying there. Ending five minutes of HHH and Steph mugging. I just think that same story could be presented in a much more compelling/effective way.

I was CONVINCED Ziggler was a mole for the Authority.
I have literally never been more wrong.

Such a perfect main event, and really enjoyable PPV all around. That match was perfectly booked, and the crowd was so into it, it had genuine surprises like not focusing on Cena and making it about Ziggler, and that terrific terrific debut for Sting! YES! I'm a happy man!

Ill give Big Show credit, at least that was a well timed turn this time.

The rest of the show was a turd-fest but that last match was the best thing I've seen in the last 10 years! Everything about it was awesome...the way they had Ziggler single-handedly beat The Authority, the way they had Sting show up to save him WITHOUT making it look like Sting was the ONLY reason Ziggler won (letting Ziggler get the obvious 3 count twice only to be interfered with).
But the main reason this was so amazing was because for the first time since I was a teenager, I was yelling at the TV and throwing my hands up in the air everything HHH screwed Ziggler out of a finish, and even though I read that Sting was supposed to appear, I was STILL surprised when he came out. The match was so good that I totally forgot "oh yeah Sting might come out to save him". I was expecting Cena to run back out and do a chair shot or something lame. This was the first time in at least 10-15 years where I forgot in my mind that I was watching something scripted.
The Ambrose/Wyatt match made no sense....he pulls out a ladder....just to walk up the ladder and stand there? What was the point of him throwing stuff in the ring only to not do anything with it? Was it supposed to be some kind of "mind game" to set up a TLC match?

Im shocked of how good of shape Sting can be for not wrestling since Early 2001 They HAVE to do something with his hair though....dye it black or something, that bald spot in the back just made him look like an old man (yeah I know he IS an old man, but fix the dude up a little jeeze)

I seem to be the only person who liked nothing about Survivor Series. Especially disappointed that the Authority lost as I thought it was the best thing that WWE had going right now.

Love HHH. When Sting's theme hit and he came out, HHH looked like he had just seen a ghost.
