That WWE Network struggle is real, ya'll.

Come on, man... I know hyperbole is our thing around these parts, but let's not get stupid with it. (Unless you were joking all along, then you should have really indicated it as such a lot clearer) It's been my experience that "literally worse than Hitler" is always sarcastic. Well, my bad then. I usually use a wink for these kind of things myself, but I guess it's not for everyone. It's late here and I need some sleep, so that probably didn't help either.

WWE have really crossed the line this time. Vince is literally worse than hitler. The Yes-Ocoust

It's so ironic. They had to be dragged kicking and screaming to push Daniel Bryan, and now, they are relying on his popularity to deceptively shill their own struggling project.

They should bring Austin back for an untelevised appearance where he does his whole shtick.
Then Vince can shill the network and end his shill by saying (in the least energetic way possible) "if the WWE Network is the greatest thing ever created, give me a hell yeah". Pan to the crowd during Austin's promo. Done.
Think of the possibilities.

They worked their entire paying audience using a real life injury to a fan favorite to generate cheers.
Carny till the bitter end.

Because you don't like the network? Or because if you had waited you would have got something for 'free'? You realise if you had waited you wouldn't have been able to watch the network until you signed up right? Man.. They coulda gave me a damn shirt. Two weeks after I paid 33 dollars to join a gym they ran a join for free promotion. I was never going to get that 33 bucks back I have never seen any promotion that is like that for anything. As for using a yes chant for something else I am in the I can not possibly see why anyone would care camp. I know some people are really outraged but for the life of me I will never understand why. Not even a small beep on my outrage meter.

Considering the UK, one of their top 3 financial areas, has had to wait 9 months after the US to get the Network and even then have about two or three delays on it starting, a free month is the least this shower of shite can do to say sorry. I am fully of the opinion this is aimed mainly at UK fans and they are just extending it to new sign ups globally.
Yes, I am that big headed.

Why didn't they just get Daniel Bryan to shill the network? That nerd doesn't even own a TV an Android Smart Phone, Apple iPad, HP Laptop, Playstation 4, or a Roku.

I didn't finish reading the whole thread, so this may have already been mentioned, but you don't have to be a BRAND new subscriber, you just have to not have a current subscription, to get the free month. I let my subscription lapse a couple weeks ago and signed up for the free month yesterday, same account, no issues.

Cheap bastards.
Also, can they stop insulting people who do spend $55 for a PPV? Not everybody can get the Freakin' Not-As-Awesome-As-This-Network Network, so if they need to spend more, be appreciative of that.

For April Fools' Day or something, they should call this site the Freakin' Not-As-Awesome-As-The-WWE-Network Network and add a bunch of fake network adds or have all the different part of the forums be sponsored by the network.

I had heard there was never an intention of using the Big Show segment on TV... What I read somewhere is that it was going to be put into a video to be sent to Bryan following the news that he needed more surgery.

Pan to the crowd during Austin's promo. Done. Think of the possibilities. Before the show starts, bring out Austin, Rock, Hogan and Undertaker to tease a Fatal Four-Way at Wrestlemania to determine who the greatest of all time is. Crowd goes bonkers, start rioting in the streets, a fan's head actually explodes in anticipation... Vince: "The WWE Universe just can't contain their excitement for the WWE Network!"

I say just use doctored footage of Superbowl crowds, complete with poorly edited placement of "WWE NETWORK" signs over Superbowl logos in the arena where you can see part of the logo behind it anyway and with the camera accidentally panned down far enough you can see the helmets of players on the sidelines.

Meh, who cares. It's advertising. You lot expecting it to be real or something, dammit ? Yes There's a big difference between using artistic licence, and overtly trying to deceive the consumer.
