After you sign up make sure you go to the billing/subscription page on the Network site and turn off the automatic renewal. You will get an email confirming your subscription change and then you won't have to worry about being charged for a second month.
After the free period runs out you'll likely just get some spam from the WWE a few times every few weeks begging for you to subscribe again.
