Speaking as a PS4 owner, you really should wait. Our library is a f***ing graveyard, and that's just comparing it to XBone. The only advantages over last gen at this point are really pretty graphics. You're better off with sticking to last gen for at least another year.

It's nice but nothing stands out to make it necessary. But the WWE network runs a lot more smoothly on the PS4 than it does on the PS3 where it was a clusterf***

So, the games on 360/PS3 are pretty much on par with the XBoxOne and PS4 versions? there might be more features, and a little more sharper graphically. But the upgrade in graphics isn't as huge as it was when we jumped from Xbox/ps2 to 360/ps3

When you initially start playing, you notice little things that look better.. but nothing remarkable. Overall, your initial impression may be that it's the same type of graphics, just a few tweaks here and there.
But then once you go back to last gen, THAT'S when you start noticing the big graphical changes.
I took advantage of the free digital upgrade on Destiny and you can see a noticable difference between the two gens.... and it's not just a developer purposely cheaping on the last gen version. As amazing as we all said GTAV looked last year, when I went back to play it a few months ago on 360.. it still looked good, but I started noticing jagged edges and some kinda shitty textures that I never saw before. So yeah, there is a noticeable difference between the two, but it won't be a immediate, awe-inspiring difference.

To me, I don't want to buy a new system just so the games that are already on the system I own can have hair that looks slightly more realistic. Which is essentially what it seems like with most of these games.
I'd say your better off buying games on the console you already own and wait to get a new gen system when there's a new game that you really want.

I'm holding out for Mass Effect 4 or Final Fantasy XV, whichever comes out first. But after watching some videos of Final Fantasy XV I'm hoping ME4 comes out first. I won't have as much of an empty pit in my stomach shelling out whatever the game costs plus hundreds for the system as I will for FFXV.

I've heard good things about The Last of Us, is that available for PS4? It's just that I'm getting a PS4 after Christmas and with Arkham Knight delayed to June I want at least one other game to play aside from WWE 2K15 (although I could upgrade GTA V and Lego Marvel).

It is, it's also available on PS3 although the remastered version comes with the Left Behind DLC. It's the best game I have ever played.

To be honest, I would not want to be playing newer titles like DA:Inquisition, Shadow of Mordor, Far Cry 4 and Evil Within on the older consoles. I do think that having certain features missing in the last gen consoles such as the Nemesis System and that NXT mode is bullshit though.
I'd not want to play Evil Within on anything other than a PC if it comes down to it.

2K15 on the next-gens has very limited match options, for what it's worth.

So, the games on 360/PS3 are pretty much on par with the XBoxOne and PS4 versions? Not always. The new Call of Duty is kind of a joke on last gen, and a delight on current. Far Cry 4 changes drastically because of the draw distance. Mordor is a different, worse game because of the lack of the nemesis system. WWE is pretty different, but awful on both. So yeah, there are some differences. And if you are like me, the indie/downloadable games make a PS4 a f***in superstar system.
