I think reDRagon vs. Addiction is there as well. That too. And I legitimately want to see reDRagon destroy The Addiction, and I love Kaz and Daniels*. It's part of what I love so much about ROH right now. I like so much of their roster that I actively root for the babyface's most of the time because almost everybody is entertaining. * DISCLAIMER - It does help in that scenario that I've said for the past year or so that reDRagon are the best tag team in the world so that may not be a fair example. I am the same with ROH: almost without exception, I root for the babyfaces. And boo the heels. And I love that the storylines often play out over time without feeling rushed, and that most everyone on the roster has something going on at all times.

Makes me wonder if that KRD stuff was set up JUUUUUUST in case they decided to be involved in the TNA invasion kerfuffle but then they were just like "Nah. We're good."

Didn't Sabin get injured? I thought that's what stunted KRD's momentum up to now.

I think he is injured, but you would think that that shouldn't stop them from using him as a cornerman/run interference, right?

Idea for the Philly main event on SummerSlam weekend:
IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Title Match Kushida vs. Kyle O'Reilly

Random thoughts as I've spent some time catching up with ROH:
-Love, love, LOVED that they had Cedric cement his heel turn at the PPV, but didn't have him attack Caprice. I get a kick out of that, adds a layer to his character and places him on a "tier" of heeldom, so to speak. He's clearly gone to the dark side and doesn't want to team with Coleman anymore, but he hasn't lost his respect for him, either, and just done the mindless "DURR, I M BAD NAO" thing and attacked his former partner.
-KRD, gotta agree, it does come off as an angle they prepared in case they did a crossover with TNA...though, with TNA now on the roof, you've gotta think that they've also done it in preparation for TNA talent becoming available and possibly being signed up by ROH. I'd give anything for Bobby Roode to eventually be a member, so we could reunite EGO.
-Not thrilled at NXT going head to head with ROH in Brooklyn. Keep saying it, but I dread the effect NXT could have on the upper tier indies, so hopefully things go smoothly and everybody does alright.

What I'd like is a true faction feud that culminates with a climatic Steel Cage Warfare, one that would actually be worthy of being compared to the epic original a decade ago. So here you go. With the KRD f***ing with both units, reDRagon and the Kingdom officially band together as the Dragon Kings, consisting of Taven, Fish, Cole, Bennett, and O'Reilly, with Maria of course backing them. That now leaves the KRD at a huge 5-on-3 disadvantage, so at Field of Honor, they make the surprise reveals. The KRD becomes complete, consisting of talents who have had success in TNA and representing what they say was the "golden age" of ROH, when Low Ki and Austin Aries return to be in that stable. Their gimmicks is that they are not impressed with what ROH has become, and the newly-formed Dragon Kings stable represents everything they hate about the current scene. They can also brag that "we paved the way for you guys to even be in ROH, this company wouldn't be having so many events, branching out into new territories, getting to work with New Japan, being on live PPV, being on syndicated TV and Destination America, if it wasn't for us. You should be not just thanking us, but kissing our asses. After all, we're better than you newbies anyway." As mentioned, the feud culminates as the Dragon Kings and completed KRD settle their feud in Steel Cage Warfare, at Final Battle, 14th Anniversary, or Supercard of Honor X. I'd see if Lacey would be willing to come in for this as a one-off as a way for KRD to counter Maria. And of course, because that's what best for business, the Dragon Kings emerge victorious, earning the respect of the veterans that came before them in the company. I like this. The only flaw I think is that I think people love Aries and Low Ki too much to really identify with the narrative that their presence is a kind of spit in the face of the company. I think Kenny King would be a fresher name that I think people would be more perturbed over. I like Kenny King as a wrestler but even I'd be kind of wincing at the idea of him back in ROH after the way he bailed on them. I'm not sure ROH has really kept the ball rolling enough with the KRD concept, I vaguely remember them hinting that there are still some members of the pack waiting to be revealed but they haven't really sold that very hard, nor have they really ran with the concept anyways. Kind of made me think that the whole concept of the "Knights of the Rising Dawn" was pretty much a smokescreen to keep reDRagon on edge so they could take advantage, and that the trio just are basically Kaz/Daniels/Sabin as a group of individuals rather than identifying as KRD. Their motives aren't exactly clear other than that they want to keep the tag belts around them. I love that Daniels/Kaz are the tag champs anyways, but I think they need to flesh their act out a little more.

No Wolves or King. Not gone long enough yet for that angle.

I'd give anything for Bobby Roode to eventually be a member, so we could reunite EGO. The wife is convinced that the third guy was supposed to be Roode. It makes a lot of sense - KRD could have easily stood for "Kazarian, Roode and Daniels."

I would only be interested in a full on TNA invasion if it led to Daniels becoming the "final TNA World Heavyweight Champion" and then unifying it with the RoH World Title. That way he finally wins the two championships that have eluded him for so long.

Aries being back could be awesome. There are some fresh match ups that can make for some really fun matches.

Colour me bloody surprised. Didn't expect to see him back after the way he left considering Delirious is still around.
