Awesome episode this week, especially Owens/Neville. Didn't even hate the ending since I knew that this first match was only going to be a taste of what's to come

I like Neville so much more than I used to. That whole story was so well told that I went from not a fan to really respecting his work to now becoming a legitmate fan. As for Owens, I get a real tweener vibe from him. He doesn't make excuses for sugar coat his actions, and his badass "I will fight anyone and everyone" thing is hard not to respect.
Very solid match between Becky and Bayley, well told story with Bayley coming out on fire but her knee injury slowly but surely spelling doom for her. Becky's total babyface entrance is dumb, but she's quite a good worker.
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Carmella.
Prediction: Corey Graves' move to the booth spells the end of Alex Riley. He's new at it and already very good, if he likes what he's doing I can see him being a mainstay on commentary for WWE. Since he's got heel leanings, and his voice sounds somewhat like Riley's, I don't think there's room for both.
I thought The Ascension were cutting a farewell promo, like Bray Wyatt did when The Wyatt Family left. The rematch with Itami and Balor has to happen soon, unless Ascension is going to still hang around NXT a little bit after the debut on the main shows.
I LOVE how vocal Owens is in the ring. When I saw him wrestle a squash match at an ROH show long ago, he had this great banter with the fans as he kicked the shit out of this guy. A lot of wrestlers can't pull that sort of mid-match dialogue off (Seth Rollins did a terrible job of it on Monday), but Owens nails it. THAT f***ING DDT, that was like a magic trick, because it looked like Owens straight murdered Neville with that thing.
Double countout...I am pleased with this non-finish, because neither of these guys need to be losing. Apprently the Apronbomb is the new Punt. Owens has debuted by taking out the two guys who have been at the top of the card for the last year. I'm so, so intrigued by all of this.

I really can't get into weekly NXT shows. I try and try but nothing.
Ah well.
I am predicting though that the crowd is going to turn on Sami in favor of Owens by the time the next live event goes down.

After watching this episode, I have a bad feeling that they might be moving close to breaking up Enzo and Big Cass, which would be the greatest tragedy ever experienced in NXT.

I'm watching NXT right now, and I noticed that the main commentator accidentally referred to the backstage assault on Bayley's knee taking place "yesterday."
How did they miss that line?

I love the fact that Kevin Owens is coming right in and starting at the top of the card. I think Triple Haitch likes and sees a big future for Owens and that's f***ing awesome.

Owens has debuted by taking out the two guys who have been at the top of the card for the last year. I'm so, so intrigued by all of this. Lots of like here. But... are you booing Carmella? Say it ain't so. Graves is so smooth already. Once Cole & JBL are ditched on SD, Todd Phillips is going to need an antagonist... I definitely wouldn't mind that being Graves. As for Owens being vocal in the ring, it always shocks me how infrequent you see this in wrestling. Like I've been convinced for the longest time that the Vince & the producers discourage talents from doing it. Could that be the case? Because I sense on the main roster, being vocal in the ring could be perceived as "cheap heat." But when done effectively, as Owens did it, it can really inform a character's ruthlessness in a fresh way. Nice to see it on NXT.

R Evolution has convinced me to give this show a shot every week. I was not disappointed.
I'm really glad they have pretty much everyone start out in NXT now. I think Owens has a good amount of kinks to work out, in all areas. Very good job by him though, to really play up the heel in that match and get everyone to boo him.

Another week, another terrible Raw and fantastic NXT show.
I hope they don't split Enzo & Cass.
Loved the main event. Great show and can't wait to see the return of Zayn and where Owens goes next from here. I'm also interested to see where Neville fits in with all of this in the next few weeks.

Eh, Enzo and Big Cass will be fine. Seen enough of those two to know that something like this is no big deal at all. Water under the bridge. Still not that crash hot about Carmella though.

I am predicting though that the crowd is going to turn on Sami in favor of Owens by the time the next live event goes down. When RAW is on, the weekly shows can't even hope to compete with it. The problem is though, for my money, RAW has only been top to bottom amazing twice this year:- - The RAW after WM. Of course. - The RAW after MITB, with the bevy of returns. There have been some good ones here and there but for the most part, RAW is a slog where NXT is a brisk one hour that's never hard to sit through and usually at least solid. I'll take consistency over rare moments of greatness. This show was pretty good though, especially the opening and closing. They managed to hold back, as they do with TV matches, but Owens/Neville was still very well-done. As bad as what he did to Zayn is, Owens is coming across very much like a Lesnar-type heel. That could be a problem. Where's his interview with Renee?

Becky's accent is so dreamy. Reminds me of my beloved Karen Gillan. Yes, because Irish and Scottish are exactly the same.

Gosh darn the Vaudevillians are so enjoyable. Having said that surely the WWE could have had them showing the footage on an old projecter or something akin to that? Would have been very fitting I think
Lynch bores me to tears. She comes across as so very forced in everything she does. Honestly might as well come out in a shirt that says "I am a heel, boo me.....also remember Lita? I sure do"
Bayley I just want to hug and not in a creepy way, just a good clean old fashioned hug

I love how useless Enzo is in the ring I like Becky's new theme song. Great main event. I think I saw someone describe Enzo and Cass as the wrestling version of: And I love that idea. If they really want Cass as a singles guy just let Enzo manage him. I don't want them to split up. I wish they cut to it so I could tell for sure, but was Cass carrying Enzo after the match? That is amazing if so.

Yeah, I really think this is all just to tease a split between them before they drop her. From there she can be the bitch heel she's meant to be and not drag down a face team. Hell I wouldn't even mind if they put her with Team Thick so they could get some direction.

I like Lynch. Good gimmick, decent music, good in ring and pretty attractive. Liking her new finisher, (Well, it's new to me), nice to see someone using the Inverted Figure 4 now Graves has retired!

I like where they are going with Owens. He is being built as a big deal straight out the blocks. That DDT looked awesome and the apron bomb is sick.

Between that and the sell of the Tornado one by Breeze a while back, I'd say he's the best DDT seller (Salesman?) ATM.
