I finally got around to watching this episode. I didn't take notes, but here's what I remember:
- A talking segment to start the show, what is this, RAW? - Great promo by Neville though. - Yay Becky is finally getting a push. - I wonder what Prince Pretty will be up to while he's gone. - Dempsey/Corbin continues to build ever so slowly. Hey they actually touched this week! - I liked the bit of story having the Vaudevillian go to GM Regal about the finish of their match. Though I wish they had some old timey motion picture player to use instead of a tablet. - Aw, looks like Enzo and Cass are splitting. That was awkward and sudden. The fans seemed confused by it. Even the Ascension were surprised and how quickly that match ended. - Neville & Owens was good for what it was. I imagine that broken nose is making it tough for Owens to compete but he's doing just fine. - I would like to see Sasha Banks win the Womens' title next week.

Bayley/Becky was pretty good, I like how feverishly Bayley fought to keep Becky away from her knee but the moment she got through it was over.
I really tried to take in Bull Dempsey on this show with an open mind but I still can't handle him. I can't help but hope that when Corbin/Dempsey finally get in the ring Corbin will wreck him like they did with Dempsey/Mojo.
The only thing I didn't like about Neville/Owens was that prop up DDT looked like such death that for the apron bomb to be the injury angle didn't seem as believable. That had to be one of the damndest DDT sells ever even compared to RVD's best.

If Baron Corbin squashes Bull Dempsey then I want them to have him win the Rumble.

I think it would be such a waste to job out Dempsey to Corbin. Corbin has shown nothing outside of an entrance and finisher. Plus it seems like the crowd only really care about him when his matches last less than 20 seconds. They loudly booed when his match at Takeover went longer than usual.
Also the longer they hold it off means the longer we have until we see that undoubtedly crappy match.

Dempsey looks like a goofball and his offense doesn't look like that of the killer he's supposed to be. I appreciate that NXT has more patience than I do and are giving him a legitimate chance before they call it a wash but I just can't see this act working for him in the long run. It doesn't sound like anyone in the audience is chomping at the bit for Corbin/Dempsey.

Weren't they booing Bull who came out during the Corbin match at R Evolution? Yeah. He came out to that spot in front of the announce desk and that started the booing.

Reminds me of my beloved Karen Gillan. Yes, because Irish and Scottish are exactly the same. Yeah, I don't get how you mix them up at all although I guess to people not used to Scottish accents, more northern Scottish can have a bit of Irish tinges to it. Also - how does Neville do that weird bouncy ball thing on DDT's? This one especially was an almost vertical drop, I didn't see any momentum to spring. It's freaky. Also - f*** you Sky Sports for cutting the Tyler Breeze promo.

Why would anyone think Bull Dempsey has a chance against Baron Corbin?
