Indeed. We have to start somewhere. I understand that we're still coming off the post-holiday lull, but we have to pick up the pace here. Right now nobody is really doing much of anything, and that's what the Mafia wants. They want us to sit here with our thumb up our arse unable to come to a consensus. Because the longer we wait the more desperate we'll be to pursue a lynch, which will more often than not lead to an ill-conceived lynch. I don't think we should go after people solely for being inactive. Inactives will eventually be replaced or removed if they can't keep up. My guess is at least one of our prospective Mafiasos will be somewhere in the middle. Posting just enough to not be too suspicious, but not quite enough to really help the town. So here's the running total of posts for the thread thus far. RKTaker: 22 Waffel: 12 Produceman: 9 Mason: 8 Fake Jesus: 6 Tyger: 5 Hank Moody: 5 Mr B: 5 Double Heart 4 Triple Hawk: 3 Lodi: 3 Cage: 2 Jazz: 1 SNS: 1 I wouldn't vote for Jazz since he's just come into the game, or SNS since he really hasn't made an impression on me one way or another yet. So the sweet spot of the middle ground would be somewhere here. Fake Jesus: 6 Tyger: 5 Hank Moody: 5 Mr B: 5 Double Heart 4So that's five prospective people to look at. Now who amongst this group do you all think is most worthy of attention right now? And feel free to finger me if you like. I'm admittedly in this middle ground myself. Also, Lodi, I'm still waiting for you to answer all of our inquiries. I would also include Hawk, Lodi, Cage and SNS to this list. The others seem to at least try at being active. SNS is a strong player but I am not going to wave him a free pass because of that. His lack of activity is still not beneficial. The Brad/Jazzman switch should be passed because of the change, but I guarantee you Jazzman will use this an opportunity to be a fly on the wall. Which is what I would have done. Lodi has only three posts....and hasn't responded to you yet. And Cageking sitting at 2 posts? Come on. No excuse for that. I am fine with voting for the following: SNS- 1 Cageking- 2 Lodi- 3 TripleHawk- 3 Double H -4 And I will vote within hours unless I see some change.

Well, I can't say I was expecting a vote to drop on me so fast.
Alright, I'll bite: what about me makes for such a prime lynch target, Waffel? Have I really done anything to raise red flags in your eyes?
I would think that I've been nothing but helpful to the town thus far. And while I may not have posted as often as some others, each one of my posts, I think, have been designed to assist my fellow townspeople. Though perhaps you might see things differently.
If you're just voting for me though for the sake of a lynch... well you're going to be sorely disappointed with the result.

Well that's just it. You say that you haven't done anything to make you look bad to the rest of the Town. For all we know that's you trying to hide in plain sight. Call it a hunch, but that's how I see it.

Fair enough. I can understand your logic there. That's not really my intent though.
Still, if I am scum it's really too early to worry about hiding. With so many other people still in the game I have nothing to fear. Honestly if I were Mafia I'd probably just sit back and watch the town scramble to come to a consensus, all the while hoping they don't hang one of my buds in the process.
Scum wouldn't draw attention to themselves willingly unless they want to be noticed. ------------------------
I can see where Mason is coming from as well. If we do vote somebody out, I suppose voting for somebody who hasn't been as helpful as others isn't the worst way to go. Though again I really do hate voting for people simply because of inactivity. But with the deadline approaches as quickly as it is we really do need to figure out something, and soon.

I've been stalking this thread since it formed so I know what's going on... which is a lot of nothing in my eyes. I'm also aware that my reputation as someone who may not be a team player proceeds me, so I approach Day 1 always with some trepidation. I'll pick it up come day 2, but for now... I'm just a vote to get something done, which is looking less likely by the minute.

i don't think we should think tyger is suspicious because he didn't know that the game started yet and that's why he didn't post yet DERP

Vote: Lodi "Wyatt" Rulz
I think this is our best bet. He fits in the category we want to lynch on, and he has failed to answer Mr. B's claims. However, if a group gets going on Mr. B, I will have to change.
We need a lynch. Talk about an awful day phase.

I agree that we need a consensus. Hate to do this, but he's left me no choice, and we're coming down to the wire. Since he hasn't answered our inquiries....
Vote: Lodi "Wyatt" Rulz

I LOVE QUESTIONS MAGGLE! But I also love WWE2K15, available in gaming stores everywhere.
To answer Mr B's question, this early in the game, there isn't too much to go off of. rktaker mentioned that there could be a a third party, but I personally think that there most likely wouldn't be one in a game this size. But taker has given good advice throughout the whole game so far. Hard to really get a read on somebody.
I'll answer the rest of the questions as RAW goes on. Got matches to call you know.

Vote: Lodi "Wyatt" Rulz Would be a loss for Town if we're mistaken but could be a risk with high rewards. Have to be positive starting out :-).

And yeah, I know, claiming Vanilla Townie is one of the safest claims for a Mafia member. But that's who I am, a Vanilla Townie. No special power, just a vote. I've just legitimately made a foolish decision by focusing on the video game I got for Christmas other then the Mafia game. You wouldn't lose anything big if you lynched, but you would be one green character down.

Your right. It makes me look bad. As does my inactivity. Two perfectly good reasons to lynch me. That's my own fault as a player.
But your wrong with one thing: When have I ever stated that claims never turns out good?

Having claimed under duress in the last WWE Mafia, I believe I have a good position on this. I legitimately feel that claim saved my life, and if it weren't for me blocking Peg on the last Night Phase, he would've won. So in a roundabout way, me claiming helped win the Town the game.
I know that seems self-congratulatory (is that a word?), but claims can lead to good.
