I can't say I don't think most of this class is worthy...it's just...I don't know. I guess I'd rather take about 2 or 3 people in the same area over who we got. I suppose it's nice that they don't want anyone to overshadow Savage, but Zbyszko and the Bushwhackers...eh. They're worthy of the induction, the same way that All-Bran and Life can be worthy of being considered cereals, however I would think most people would prefer to grab another brand off the shelf such as maybe Count Chocula or Quisp. Madusa is probably the only living person of this class that truly feels like we've been waiting for it. I'm shocked Larry is even in it, considering all the other guys they could have grabbed from the same general era, again not taking anything away from him, and he does deserve it, but it does sort of feel random.
I mean if they really wanted to grab an old guy, why not Lance Russell? There aren't enough non-WWE announcers in the HOF yet.

I can see what you mean, the last few years of kind of spoiled us with really great Hall of Fame classes. It was bound to happen sooner or later that there would be a lackluster class. Though, with the except of Arnold, everyone in this year's class does deserve to be in there.

It seems at times as if they have a quota and they can't diverge from it. There nothing wrong with only 3 or 4 (including the celebrity) inductees fro a class.

Zbyszko? Seriously? Ugh.
Okay fine. Game on WWE. If during his Hall of Fame speech he utters the my most hated announcer phrase "Human Game of Chess", I will find someones dog and kick it.
Then R-Truth can kick my cat. Wait I don't have a cat!
HAHAHAHAHAH jokes on your suckers.
also, seriously....Zbyszko?

My comment on Larry Legend is that I always liked the guy. Great in ring worker and a guy who could cut a great asshole heel promo. Not really a great color guy, actually a really bad one, but hey, the guy at one time was very very over during WCW's hottest period. Plus being apart of one of a huge money making feud with Bruno Sammartino in the 80s, AWA World Champion, a champion in WCW and WWWF, a member of the Dangerous Alliance, AND apart of two 5 star War Games matches. So he is very well deserving of being in the Hall of Fame. I do understand that his name isn't the biggest in the world these days. But I think he does raise the quality of the class a tad. He's certainly more qualified (even if there aren't really any "qualifications") than Rikishi or the Bushwackers.

I think Larry Zbyzsko deserves the WWE Hall of Fame. For those who don't understand why it's happening. Part of the process of getting Bruno Sammartino into the Hall of Fame was working with Larry Zbyszko again. Larry started working with them as soon as the Bruno announcement was made. Larry worked WrestleMania Access at Mania 29 when Bruno was inducted. Larry was there for the opening of the Performance Center and was in the crowd for the first NXT live special. Larry also gave a studio interview talking about Bruno and his career and clips of this interview were shown in Bruno's Hall of Fame video.

Yeah, I'm seriously thinking of trying to unload my ticket on someone. It's not that I don't think these guys are worthy of being in the Hall of Fame, I just don't care about most of them. The only one I really wanted to see is Savage (and maybe the Bushwhackers) and he's not even gonna be there. It's just not worth it to go to a show to hear speeches by a bunch of people that a decade or two ago would've trashed the WWE on national TV for a few bucks and a sandwich from 7-Eleven.

I don't know why, but the thought just occurred to me, one of these days WWE is probably going to want to put Evolution in the HOF as a group (sometime after HHH, Orton, and maybe Batista) have been given their individual HOF, at which point, if he is still with us (hopefully) Ric Flair will be a THREE TIME HOF inductee.
Who else could potentially achieve the same feat realistically in their lifetimes?
Anyone who was a member of more than one legendary stable, plus had a decent singles run, so as weird as it sounds, X-Pac could be a four time HOF inductee as part of DX, the NWO, the Kliq, his singles run etc...

If Xpac ever gets in the HOF. I will use the same quote HH used on why Chyna wont get in. I'll paraphrase of course "I have an 8 year old son. He's never heard of X-Pac. He decides to look him up on google..." I mean. Are we supposed to forget who was in 2 of those tapes with Chyna?

Hard to know just with that much of a hint. Nash has been rumored, but so has Larry Z, who was an AWA world champ. Could be Ivan Koloff, who was lobbying hard to get inducted the same year as Bruno, so he's at least on their radar. Didn't Nash say he'll go in when Rude goes in?

Eh, Pac could get in for DX but they won't do the Kliq and the nWo will just be Nash, Hall and Hogan (which has been talked about a few times actually). A lot depends on how far they take the Hall. If the rumors from a few years ago of inducting milestone matches comes to pass, Hogan could end up with at least 4 on top of one for his solo run and one for the nWo. It will be interesting to see what they do with the Hall in the upcoming years.

At Smackdown tonight, WWE announced Tatsumi Fujinami going into the WWE Hall of Fame this year.
WWE had been gathering memorabiila on Fujinami of late and he was on the list to go in as of several weeks ago, but nobody had talked about it since. With a week left, the feeling is the decision was changed on him, but the annoucement was made tonight.

I'd expect that when DX gets inducted it will be just Shawn and Triple H and when the nWo goes in it will just be Hogan, Hall, and Nash. The Kliq does not belong in the HOF whatsoever. Inducting an off-air, backstage group of friends makes no sense. The only multi-time inductees I anticipate joining Ric Flair anytime soon are Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, and Shawn Michaels. Triple H too, although I feel like he'll take a similar approach to Vince McMahon and won't agree to a solo induction for quite some time.
