Ultimate Warrior wasn't fired and began his angle with Jake Robertts Dibiase and Sherri interrupted the Savage and Elizabeth wedding leading to reinstatement Mr Perfect is healthy Sid Justice and Jim Neidhart were not OUT!!! Of the Survivor Series
Had the lost of most of these players not happened the card would have been much different

My goodness even by adding these people to the PPV this is hard to book, the heel side was really really poor!

Using the '91 Survivor Series as a template, id slightly modify it to look something like this-
Mr Perfect, Ric Flair, The Mountie, Skinner v Bret Hart, Roddy Piper, British Bulldog & Jim Neidhart
Sgt Slaugther, Jim Duggan, Texas Tornado, Tito Santana v Col.Mustafa, Bezerker, Hercules & (Insert random heel)
Ultimate Warrior, Bossman & Legion of Doom v Jake The Snake, The Warlord & The Natural Disasters
Nasty Boys/Beverley Brothers v The Rockers/Bushwackers
Hulk Hogan, Sid Justice, Randy Savage & Virgil v Ted Dibiase, IRS, The Undertaker, Repo Man
As you can see I'd add the former IC Champions Perfect onto Flair's team and logically slot Neidhart with Bret. Id also add Skinner to the heel team to set up Bret's IC title match with him at 'Tuesday In Texas' a few days later.
Minor changes made to participants in the throwaway 2nd match
The 3rd match now features Warrior & Jake as the main feud whilst continuing the LOD/Disasters feud. Bossman & Warlord add a couple of entertaining big men into the mix.
Leave the 4th Tag Team Survivor Series match as it was
And finally, although the main event looks a tad one sided this would be where I would have Sid turn on Hogan due Ted Dibiase's cash.

just book the Savage/DiBiase angle the exact same way for comedic reasons.
Vince: DiBiase has a COBRA....a KING COBRA!

Legion of Doom, Rockers, Bushwhackers and New Foundation v Nasty Boys, The Barbarian and Haku, Beverly Brothers and Orient Express. (Rockers eliminated immediately to build Shawn's heel turn. Bushwhackers next. New Foundation and Beverlys double-DQ. LOD eliminate the Orient Express then the Nasty Boys. Barbarian and Haku go over to become no. 1 contenders for the belts at the Rumble.)
Duggan, Texas Tornado, British Bulldog and Greg Valentine v Col. Mustafa, The Warlord, Hercules and Repo Man. (Faces all survive)
Piper, Savage, Virgil and Bret Hart v Flair, Dibiase, IRS and The Mountie. (IRS eliminates Virgil. Flair eliminates Hart. Savage and Dibiase double count-out. Piper eliminates IRS. The Mounties shocks Piper with the prod - Flair and The Mountie survive).
Hogan, Warrior, Sid and Sgt Slaughter v Jake, Undertaker and the Natural Disasters. (Undertaker dq'd. Jake eliminates the Warrior. Hogan eliminates both Disasters. Slaughter turns face beforehand, everyone thinks he's turning back but Sid does instead and walks out, costing Hogan and Slaughter the match. Jake survives).
