Khali was a legend. Hope to see him having his own talkshow segment in the future.

Khali WAS so much more than a legend. One of the best guys WWE ever signed I wish he stuck around I was so upset when I found out they legt him go. One of the biggest Mistkates WWe ever made.

I wonder if WWE made a video made for India that's edited to portray him as the second coming of Hulk Hogan. Nope they haven't, and honestly I don't see why you guys feel that the people here will buy him as someone as big as the Hulk or The Rock. He flopped in the Bollywood here and also in the Big Brother version of India. Still no offense to him, I wish him all the best in his future endeavors, he's a good human being. There have always been rumors that the Indian broadcasts of WWE programming are edited to make it look like Khali's matches and segments are the main event.

I liked Khali- he is living proof that in pro wrestling, you don't need to be a master at everything, but as long as you have one skill that's otherworldly, you can have a great wrestling career for as long as you want one and be worthwhile on TV. Khali couldn't really cut a promo, he was never a technical wizard- but the guy had an awesome look. Big, jacked, and a face that could scare children...and really, just having the aura of "you don't want to meet this guy in a dark alley" is all he needed.

I missed his singing on Christmas I wish I had known he was gone on Christmas, so I could lead my family in a rousing version of "Merry Christmas I Miss Youuuu" in the big man's honor.

Eh, I was more making a joke on the newz rumors of his work being edited heavily for India.

My favorite moment of his career was when he won the World Heavyweight title and had a celebration for it on Smackdown and the guy was just dancing and having a good time and did absolutely nothing heelish and then Batista crashed the party and just looked like a major ass despite being the face. The gif of him dancing from that celebration is so funny.

You're confusing apathy with not knowing he's gone

Honestly, I had no idea he was gone. But, to be fair, I had to be reminded he existed in the first place. Ditto. I didn't even realize I hadn't seen the big lug until this thread. He seemed a nice guy but probably for the best. Every time he worked, I was scared I was about to see him get injured.

It's a pleasure to speak with you sir. I can't say that I wasn't glad to see you go but I hope your knees are feeling better and I wouldn't mind you making a one-time appearance in this coming, or any, Royal Rumble in the future.

Should have teamed with Umaga when they were both at their peak I would have been okay with this. Almost like a weird Colossal Connection meets Faces of Fear in terms of wanting to end John Cena. I remember really hating that he went over both of them in a triple threat title match on RAW when they WERE in their peak.

I hate it that they turned him into a 7' 3'' jobber. I still remember when he pinned the Undertaker after a kick to the head.
