Will John Cena reveal his secrets to Ryback, Ziggler and Rowan on how he was able to no sell being fired by Nexus or will the big douche hog this insider info for himself?
Damn it John, give those guys a fighting chance to invade television tapings and kick Kane and J&J Securities asses until HHH is forced to rehire them.

The optimist in me wants to say that this is how they'll finally turn him heel - have him be responsible for the firings, bring up the fact that he didn't come out to save them during the beatdowns before Survivor Series, etc and that he's so focused on beating Lesnar and obsessing over the title that he doesn't have time to help his "friends". Being painted as being a heel for so long wears him down until he caves and turns.
The realist in me wants to kick the optimist in me in the nads for thinking they'd do that.

I would have loved to see that, but knowing that he's fighting Rollins and Lesnar at the Rumble in four weeks so it ruins any chance of that happening. Basically, the angle is an attempt to get people to feel sympy for Cena because of what's happened. |

I don't see the WWE making the three of them really miss the Rumble.
My best guess is the usual route of some other equal or higher authority figure conveniently coming in to reverse those firings.

I don't see the WWE making the three of them really miss the Rumble. My best guess is the usual route of some other equal or higher authority figure conveniently coming in to reverse those firings. Probably this is how Sting figures into his match with HHH at WM31. |

That'd require Cena help somebody, which he's seemingly physically incapable of doing.
The way they were looking at him, it honestly felt like they're going to try and make up for how much more stacked the face side of the roster is than the heels by turning them. Granted, it'd probably be paper thin in a hurry if you turned all three of them in conjunction with the stuff with Ambrose.
