...no, not about WWE games or fan games, but if you had to represent a wrestler with a video game (preferably franchise, but character or specific title could work, too), how would you match it up? Kind of an odd question, but my examples might explain the idea for this thread, so here they are:
John Cena - Call of Duty (can be good on occasion, but too damn repetitive to enjoy anymore)
Daniel Bryan - Mario [the main series games] (down-to-earth, but magical and deserving of praise and respect)
CM Punk - Banjo-Kazooie (awesome, but after some nasty corporate issues, we'll probably never see it again)
Dolph Ziggler - Mario Kart (fast, fun, and well-liked, but never on top of the mountain)
Brock Lesnar - GTA (crazy awesome, but with huge gaps in appearances)
It was the Cena one that gave me the thread idea, but anyways, it might be dumb, but what do you think? Post your ideas below.

Undertaker - World of Warcraft - Very popular at one point in time. One of the best ever, in fact. These days, it seems fans only care once a year. Kane - Madden- Despite numerous changes in appearance, has still been mostly the same for 20 years. Can be versatile when allowed, but is often bland. Chyna - Pac Man- famous for eating balls (sorry, too easy. I had to)

Cesaro - Virtua Fighter (Nice and technical, but never at the forefront)

The modern WWE is like the SNES version of Mortal Kombat, the Attitude Era is the Genesis version. Every single aspect is better in the former, but fans insist on the latter instead because it has blood.

Roman Reigns - Watch Dogs- Overly hyped was protected by E3 preview as was Reigns with him being in tag matches. Has good potential but does not deliver on arrival.
Dean Ambrose - Assassin's Creed franchise - Great all round fun game but mismanaged at times but is still a force in the fall lineup of releases.
Seth Rollins - Mass Effect - Very versatile but there can be some stumble along the way that are fixed like the Mass Effect 3 ending.
Cesaro - All of Sega - They were at their pinnacle once but everything was taken away.
Randy Orton - Battlefield - Plays second fiddle to Call of Duty.
HHH - Gears of War - It was really bad ass once but just dragged on forever.
The Rock - Halo - Is beloved when mentioned but has had its time and as with Halo 4's online community people stopped caring.
Bray Wyatt - Destiny - Has all the potential to be something big but lacks direction.

2003 Scott Steiner - WWE 2K-Whatever - Hilarity ensues when something messes up.

Zack Ryder- Final Fantasy: At one point they were on top of the world, and it seemed like they couldn't be stopped from being the biggest ever- but slowly, its problems began to be magnified, and eventually it fell into disrepair.

Cena is Pac-Man. Always overmatched, constantly invincible, made a fortune, only has 4 moves.

Goldberg: Chrono Trigger. Had a really awesome run in the 90s. However, the second time on a different console/promotion was rather confusing, and didn't seem to have the same magic. And it hasn't been seen since.

Cena - Madden: same shit every year but it still sells well so nobody else gets a try at [makig an NFL game/being "the man"].

The NXT Roster: all those independent games sold on Steam - got a diehard fanbase who insists they are better than the mainstream product (which often enough is true)

Cena is like the Assassin's Creed Franchise where they focus on marketing more these days than they focus on making a good game.

HHH - Metal Gear Solid - The best around the turn of the millennium, a weird mix of SRS and wacky, still drones on about nothing for thirty minutes at a time.
Rey Mysterio - Halo: Master Chief Collection - Was once revolutionary, now just broken.
Goldust - Rayman - Seemed a product of the late 90s but made an unexpected comeback to the point it's the point it's arguably better than ever.
Raw commentary team - Any number of 90s mascot platformers that tried to be cool like Sonic but failed miserably.

CM Punk - Banjo-Kazooie (awesome, but after some nasty corporate issues, we'll probably never see it again) so ufc will be like Nuts and Bolts?

Ryback - Fallout 3/New Vegas (A little rough around the edges, but still fun)
The Undertaker and Kane - Tekken (Supernatural abilities in a twisted family? Check. Feuds b/w at least two family members? Check.)
Daniel Bryan - Street Fighter III (Took years to get the recognition it deserves, in spite of being beyond a B+ player)
Dolph Ziggler - Darkstalkers (As great as it is, it'll still be stuck in midcard hell)
