So Triple H has had power a few times over the last 15 years in the kayfabe sense. 15 years ago, the roster threatened to all quit if Triple H didn't reinstate Mick Foley. A little over 3 years ago, the roster walked out on Triple H after stuff got crazy with him in power. Do we see part 3 of this on Monday?

Nope no major walk out.
Cena will threaten to quit...authority needs him as the cashcow and rehires all 3 back to keep Cena , effectively letting the audience know Cena means more to them then all 3 of those shlups.
Atleast when The Rock did it he threatened to go make an entirely new federation.

The following week the show started off with the entire roster coming down surrounding the ring and Rock was appointed spokesperson for them and he called out HHH/Steph and demanded for Foley to be reinstated or everyone walks out. I think they are doing the walkout angle. With them putting that Raw episode on the network recently they are getting the viewers who have the network get accustomed to it. But hey WWE will sell it like it never happened before.

I wouldn't be surprised if Raw opens with Cena (or if it's not him, maybe Bryan or Reigns) leading the entire roster and doing an Occupy Raw thing.

Well during the Summer of Punk, Cena threatened to "make an IMPACT somewhere else, BROTHER". WWE has done more promotion for TNA than TNA done for themselves So this means Cena will delcare he has a new DESTINATION in AMERICA. And then proceed to wink , smile , futterwack all while we get an 80s freezeframe and roll credits.

The Authority have been Karma Houdinis since forming. Even if they have to pull a finish out of their ass to make sure the Authority win, they always win eventually.
In addition, the storyline for that would write itself if they tried doing a third Walkout: The roster would be furious about the firing of Ziggler/Rowan/Ryback. In anger, they all threaten to walk out unless the three are reinstated.
Since he'd even do it for Walkout 2, Triple H as Authority would simply say "Fine. There's the door."
...say, wait a second. Isn't there ANOTHER roster out there, which, in their show's canon, actually quite like Triple H as a boss and authority figure, and who Triple H has always been more than respectful to the entire roster whenever he shows up there himself- meaning the entire roster, face and heel, would be all too happy to be The Authority's scabs to starve out the WWE roster walkout?
There's why I doubt the Walkout will happen over this. If WWE did exactly what I said- you end up with the WWE roster, loyal to Vince McMahon/Sting, vs. the NXT roster...and if you're a NXT mark, keep in mind the NXT roster are loyal to Triple H and The Authority.
If WWE did this, they're set. It's guaranteed 2015 will be an awesome year of action and they can run with WWE vs. NXT for the whole year.
That is why there is NO CHANCE IN HELL this happens.

I expect Stephanie and HHH to have a conversation in the ring and HHH turns to Steph and says:
"I've been reading on the internet that the rooster is very upset backstage."
then it cuts to back where we see The Gobbledy Gooker who is slamming his fists down on a table.
It cuts back to the ring and Stephanie says:
"I'm pretty sure that's a turkey and not a rooster."
and that's how Raw ends.
