I didn't get a punishment vibe on Monday, at all. But, we'll see soon enough. If Dolph lost the IC title and moves down the card, there may be legitimacy to this. Because there is ZERO reason he should be moving down the card right now.

I always say "newz" is simply something with an ounce of truth, but is blown out of proportion.
Triple H: Hey Dolph, we may need you to do an interview on a radio station tomorrow if Miz can't make it.
Ziggler: Sorry, but I'm busy. I already told my friend from high school I'd catch his comedy act. He needs support.
Triple H: Darn, wish you'd told us before we decided you'd be a good backup. Now I have to run across the building and ask Cody to do it.
Ziggler: Sorry, dude. I'll make sure to let you know next time.
Triple H: It's alright. But this just means Cody gets the first spot in the buffet line instead of you.
Ziggler: Dammit!

WWE Sounds like a damn petty as hell place to work at. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!You are officially the 900 millionth person to say this on the internet! Tell him what he's not won, Geoff Peterson! "You've not won back any of the time you've been watching this crap!" Hooray! Now let's dance! ........better television than wrestling, kids. Kids should not be watching that show. I know it has a robot skeleton, a horse and a funny sounding foreign guy but its on late and its not for f***ing kids.

Thanks, This fuels my doubt of ever buying the network.

And what did Ryback and Rowan do to be punished essentially the same way Ziggler was? By associating with Dolph, they got the HEATZ via osmosis. Is "heat through osmosis" considered conduction or convection? I always got those two confused.

Wouldn't put it beyond them to fire the IC Champion, and make a huge deal of that. But according to Alvarez, losing the title was indeed because of not informing WWE of the comedy show date. I know people love to think WWE has no foresight but it was part of the Authority's plan. Kane came out after Barrett got pinned and Wade kicked Ziggler's ass to say it was a 2 out of 3 fall match. Wade wins the 2nd fall easy but Ziggler puts up a fight before the odds overcome him. If WWE was going to punish him, they wouldn't made him look strong in defeat. If it was Dolph losing in 3 minutes clean, we have something. This sounds like a stretch worthy of Reed Richards. Or they have no idea what they're doing.

Don't believe that for a second because WWE has shown in the past if they are going to bury someone, they bury the sumbitch deep in the ground. No making you look good defeat. No involving you in a big angle later. Straight burial, baby.

Dolph losing on Monday played into the consequences of him joining Team Cena and the Authority coming back into power. If Dolph comes back and is stuck feuding with Curtis Axel on Main Event, this story has some substance. But this is trying to put 2 and 2 together when the answer is really 3.

Wade Barrett lost in three minutes and only got the title because of a post match beatdown, a change in stip, and a Kane distraction. What's HE being punished for?

If he had told them, they would have told him no, and sent Cena instead Yep. It's easier to ask forgiveness than asking permission. how can something that's barely a reward being taken away be considered a punishment?

how can something that's barely a reward being taken away be considered a punishment? Not only that but as pointed out he was pretty damned protected in dropping it at that... not to mention being in the main event angle on the show...

This is the most legit he's looked since his debut, so I don't see the punishment here. Exactly. If he was being "buried", they wouldn't have bothered having interference in the match where Ziggler lost the title. He would have lost clean like he's done so many times before.

Erick Rowan was in the main event angle on the show too, which brings down the value quite a bit. Agreed that he was very protected in losing the title though. He would've just lost by Kane distraction, or even clean, instead of the convoluted way it was done, if they didn't care about protecting him.

He's being massively pushed and the firing is a big story with WWE's top star and the Authority, where he was referred to as the one that lost them their jobs. He'll probably have a triumphant return.
This story is bullshit.
