This might interest some people, I'm still currently listening to it. I've always been fascinated by Billy Corgan's wrestling fandom, not just the fact that he's a fan but just how big a fan he seems to be of it. They go into detail about his involvement in Resistance Pro and his dealings with carney Paul E. itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/sam-roberts-wrestling-podcast/id934576040?mt=2

When I heard he bought his own promotion my first instinct was "Ah, money mark" but when I heard the story of Heyman offered him a stake in ECW from Barbed Wire City, I gained a whole lot of respect for Billy Corgan the wrestling promoter (and this is a guy who has never watched Resistance Pro). I know AMC 86'd the Resistance Pro reality series, but is anything still gonna come of what they already shot? Like say a stand alone documentary?

Corgan left the promotion but apparently the company is still pursuing the reality show. He was pretty vague about leaving but basically said that the whole project exposed some of the people he was working with as opportunistic and put a bad taste in his mouth. He's looking for a new project in wrestling now.
