It's on now and I forgot how much I enjoyed this movie. The plot is really interesting and Joseph Gordon-Levitt is outstanding. Anyone else a fan?

Love this movie. They had me sold on the three leads alone.

I really enjoyed it, I'm going to have to watch it again knowing Rian Johnson is directing Star Wars Episode 8

I enjoyed this movie quite a bit. I enjoyed people complaining and trying to dissect all the time travel stuff too.
Its called fiction, people! Time travel works however the film needs it to.
The whole thing w Paul Danos character was creepy as f***.

When JGL said "This job doesn't attract forward thinkers..." after the exposition about closing loops I laughed out loud. Good movie, but nobody else in my family likes it.

I liked it well enough but I felt a bit annoyed with the difference between the trailer and the type of movie we actually got

It's great, I loved it.
And Bruce Willis in general makes almost anything better. I say almost because nothing could have made G.I. Joe Retalitaion seem good.

Eh.
Tried to like it, but I was one of those people who couldn't ignore all the plot-holes, which took away a lot of the enjoyment.

It's alright, but it falls apart really quickly if you give it even a few minutes of thought. Worth a watch once though.
Still think that Levitt's 'Willis' make up was kinda dumb.

I liked Retaliation the lone time I saw it in theaters; but I had something like nine beers before hand. So that's the secret to making it seem good--at least nine beers.

I still think it's the best movie of 2012, and I love it to death. And EVERY time travel movie that isn't Primer falls apart if you think too hard about it, so I am not sure why exactly this one should be picked apart any harder than Terminator or Back to the Future.

For me I guess it just doesn't have the 'fun' level those other movies do to balance out the wonkiness of the time travel. You're right, all time travel is inherently silly, but the right movie makes you forget all that or just play along. For me, while I enjoyed Looper; there wasn't enough there for me to REALLY get into it.

It was all right. Ending was dumb as hell.

I really wanted to like it, but it was one of those flicks where it didn't know what it wanted to be, tone wise. It had a lot of potential, but it required a more deft-hand behind the directors chair and a few touch ups in the script. It's why I'm afraid to sit down and watch Snowpiercer, the concept sounds great and the praise makes me want to see it, but I'm really worried I'm going to be left disappointed.

I still don't understand all of it.
Also, the future looks bleak as hell in movies nowadays
