I'm talking about those match interrupting attacks where some monster (or a stable/tag team) just comes in and cleans house on everyone. Tried to think of everyone I could who did this fairly regularly at some point or another.

Brock but New Jack was crazy fun back in the day with his less... bloodletting of attacks.

I always liked New Jack's run-ins because they were less "Valiant hero comes to even the odds" and more "Hey, there's a bunch of guys down there fighting! f*** it garbage can, LET'S GO!" Plus, Natural Born Killaz.

Austin! Austin! Austin!
JR was key in getting the Austin act over as hell

Brock Lesnar, by far. When he comes to the ring, you just know shit's going to go down.

Brock had one of the best ever with his debut, and he only perfected it from there. He has the perfect physique and moveset for the "Oh... oh no..." moment for the faces, or the "You screwed up" moment for heels.

Find me a single New Jack run-in that wasn't hype as f***.

I was all for Austin in this as the kick followed be a Stunner visually is just a great finish to hit everyone with.
But then New Jack was listed so he got my vote.
Because f***in' New Jack.

I love the entertainment of an Austin stunner fest, but Brock is legitimately scary when hes on a warpath.

I liked it when New Jack would mock play the guitar and whack somebody. I remember once that he started to type on a computer keyboard and then hit somebody with it. I imagine he typed "pain" before he swung it.

Brock Lesnar, by far. When he comes to the ring, you just know shit's going to go down. Exactly. I found Austin to be predictable and I grew bored of him very quickly. Brock's music hits and it's "oh shit". Even in the crowds reaction. Austin nor anyone else on that list ever did that for me.

Austin and New Jack are 2 of my favorite wrestlers so I pick them and they just so happened to be good at run in attacks

New Jack. When that gunshot sound hit, you knew it was about to go down. Trashcans, toasters, crutches, guitars, phones, bowling balls, vacuum cleaners, heck, even a few NES' all while NBK is blasting on the speakers.

Austin had the best returns ever. Returns which usually concided with a huge pop and a run in attack with JR shouting "STONE COLD! STONE COLD!"

No one did it better than Austin IMO, but Undertaker's return at Judgment Day 2000 was incredible.

My favourite Stone Cold one was when he saved team WWF from The Alliance in 2001. It was amazing, with the crowd getting hotter and hotter then exploding when he came out. JR going nuts on commentary made it 10 times better as well.
