Man not only having Reigns win was a let down but there was zero drama in this Rumble. It was booked by people who didn't give a shit, it seems.

Don't mind it, even though a Bryan win makes so much more sense, but I hate the route they took. Crowd deflated a quarter through the match

Wouldn't surprise me if tomorrow on Raw, they show Reigns eliminating Rusev but cut to the crowd reacting to The Rock's entrance to make it look like we were all ecstatic for Reigns winning.

I wonder where this is going. Not that I'm gonna keep watching this cringeworthy shit, but there are two directions:
1.) Roman Reigns will be another one of the "failed pet projects" and fade out into midcard obscurity until probably quitting wrestling altogether. This is the most likely.
2.) He will somehow overcome this and actually be their next breakout star. The only reason this is an option is because he's related to The Rock who might be able to give him the mental support as he went through this as well in the "Die, Rocky, die!" phase. I'm not sure if Roman has it in him to do that.
Anyway, I'm out. I don't give a shit and I'll probably phase out watching WWE like I did with TNA last year.

I kept saying that a Reigns backlash would be a far bigger problem than Batista last year, who is at least versatile enough to turn heel and would be in and out in a few months anyway. He wasn't the future of the company or anything. Reigns is the guy they've been planning to make a megastar and he just cratered before the entire world tonight and crashed before us all.
