Vince is not going to be around forever, and will no doubt be given a big sendoff when he finally walks away (i know he has said he will work until he is dead but i just dont see that. I can see him retiring to spend time with his family)
How would you retire the Mr McMahon character?
I think it would be interesting to see Triple H introduce his 'HHH guys' and take over the company, leading to McMahon vs HHH for control of the company. I know people will probably roll their eyes at that idea but i think it would be a great way to have Triple H become 'the boss' on camera as well of behind the scenes, and it would be a great, quick way of introducing a new era and fresh talent
They could have Vince be the heel with the likes of Randy Orton, Sheamus, Roman Reigns and maybe even John Cena and have them go up against the new breed (Finn Balor, Kevin Owens etc)

I've always wanted an amnesia angle where Vince hits his head, wakes up and thinks it's 1996. He goes behind the announce desk like the past 19 years never happened. That's how the Mr. McMahon character always should have ended.
He would also wonder why Ahmed Johnson all of a sudden has long hair and he's Samoan.

It isn't a movie, characters don't get written out or killed off.

Now, as a character, I could see the character being totally defeated in a fashion similar to (sigh) Survivor Series, and being made to bow out of having any on-screen role. I've said repeatedly that an evil authority figure angle has been so utterly done to death that it would need to disappear for several _years_ before any promotion can try again. I figure that the night after Survivor Series would be as good a point as any to draw a line under the McMahons' on-screen involvement in WWE. What they would propose to do now that all of that was dumped by the wayside, is anybody's guess but will probably feel contrived and anti-climactic.

In kayfabe Vince dies of a heart attack, with HHH hallucinating McMahon singing "The Best Things in Life are Free" on Raw shortly afterward.

He hands HHH and Stephanie a giant gold key, does that mr. McMahon swagger walk off the ramp, hops on a motorcycle, peels out, grabs a brass ring off of a hook and holds it up high, and finally pops a wheelie off into the sunset.

If he never appeared again, I'd be fine with it. That character was GREAT, but is well past it's sell-by date.

Legit wouldn't be surprised if Vince has already filmed a bunch of stuff in preparation for when he kicks the bucket.
