So it turns out I'm buying Pokken Fighters. I've seen someone nickname her R. Pika and well, it's pretty fitting.

I decided to preorder the new 3DS bundle with ACHHD. I already have a regular size new 3DS from Japan and I've been waiting for it to come out here.
Funny thing is that my coworkers told me it would never come out here and that I was getting my hopes up, but when you have Nintendo of America's site listed in the support section for the cover plates, I knew it would come out here eventually.

Well, I finally picked up a Wii U today with Super Mario World 3D World, Splatoon, Mario Maker, and Bayonetta 2. I'm doing 3D World as I figure it will be best suited to getting me used to the gamepad. Nice choices. I'd also recommend DK: Tropical Freeze if you want a more challenging 2D Platformer.

Woo, I got a new Gamepad ordered! Only cost me fifteen bucks more than repairing it would, this way's faster, and I've heard Nintendo's Gamepad repairs tend to be spotty, so okay with the price difference.

How did you beat this one?!?! I've probably lost over 50 lives lol Ah, you've tried Ready, Aim, Fire then. Basically approach the cannons at the right pace (don't run too fast initially or the timing will be off) and if you time your jump on the first bullet correct, the rest of the bullet bills will come out just far enough past the hammers for you to bounce off them sequentially and reach the top to jump over. As I said, that first approach has to be just right for the jumps to work. Its probably the most sadistic level I'll ever make, as I think I just wanted one pseudo Kaizo level to get it out of my system. It's brutal. I must be miss timing it because the first 4 bullets come out correctly but that 5th one is giving me trouble. I just have to be part of that 1% success rate.

Bought Mario Maker (well, got the eShop card for it, not actually purchased it yet) and the Professor Layton / Phoenix Wright crossover today. Latter I was kind of iffy on - never been able to get into the Layton games, love the Phoenix ones. Decided to chance it.

While slightly disappointing, if it means the game can bring back the magic that people felt has been missing from the Star Fox series ever since 64, then it should be worth it.

Well, the Wii U was in for a rough holiday season if Star Fox was the best seller they had to begin with, but without even that... Ouch.

Just checked Target's website and my local store has Zero Suit Samus, and 30th anniversary Mario in stock. Guess I know where I need to be at 8 AM.

Success! Now after I pickup the retro 3 pack, I'm done until Mewtwo comes out.

Project X Zone 2 will feature some Nintendo characters: Chrom & Lucina from Fire Embelm, and Fiora from Xenoblade: Fiora's the only character from Xenoblade Chronicles I do like for reasons other than English voice actor (*cough*Loritihia*cough*), but I'm still gonna pass on this game because I played the original Project X Zone and the Banpresto turn-based games don't appeal to me. And, yes, SRW Z2 Hakai-hen kicked my ass where I actually saw Patrick destroy my Gundam Exia.
